I had a great experience at ARCPoint Labs! Scheduling an appointment online was quick and easy, and they had plenty of availability; I was able to get in the very next day around lunchtime. Upon arrival, I was helped by staff who were so kind and informative. The process of getting signed in was simple and the paperwork straightforward. From start to finish, I was probably there for only half an hour. I would highly recommend them!

Similar to an earlier review, I had a hard time knowing if I was at the right place. The signage out front did not mention anything about processing TSA requests. Once in, the gal at the front desk appeared very stressed out and was extremely short with me when I asked if I was at the right place. She told me to sign in on the tablet on the wall, then have a seat, and proceeded to slam the glass window shut. The gentleman who actually did the processing of my request was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with which is why I’m giving a 3 star versus a 1 star review.

The lady that helped me with my fingerprints was so helpful and patient. 10/10 definitely recommend. Wish I would’ve gotten her name for this !

My husband and I were there to finish our TSA pre-check. He had an appointment but I opted to “Walk in.” Many were waiting for their appointment times, which a came and went! We were in a friendly group and we visited while waiting. As each person exited we cheered for their victory. As it turned out, there had been a recurrent computer malfunction all day, slowing things down! The office closes for lunch from noon until one, but we still waited. God bless the employee who stayed and pressed on to serve all of us! Thank you for your service!

I made an appointment with ARCpoint to get finger printed for school admission requirements. The process was very smooth and wait times were minimal. I highly recommend this location for your background check needs.

Not a bad experience- it was hard to tell if we were at the right place - signage’s were not clear - obnoxious music on repeat from the Tv in waiting area - very cluttered - the man who processed us rubbed us the wrong way - he wasn’t what I would call polite, yet he was friendly - I could not tell if his questions were necessary or small talk - he couldn’t understand our travel plans / I am a flight attendant and have been in the airline industry for 41 years - I don’t make travel plans, but travel all the time. Other than that - it was an easy process.

Quick processing...we made an online appt, waited in lobby less than 10 minutes....we actually had 3 people and we were in an out in less than 30 minutes. Associate was very friendly, explained what was needed. Location was easy to find....

Very caring an patient as i thought i could use the bathroom enough for the test unfortunately it wasnt enough so the young lady allowed me to drink more water an waited until i could go. service after that was fast an simply easy. facility was very clean an smelled good ! i would def come back if ever needed .

I got right in for my appointment. I was there for a background check. Clean office which I always appreciate. Friendly staff and the process went quick and was in and out.

I tried to do a walk in appointment. Called the TSA number and was told the hours were from 10AM till noon and from 1 - 3:20 PM. I got there at 2:52 PM and was told they did not take walk ins past 2:45 PM. I explained that I called the TSA and was not told that. The lady kept saying I did not call there. I live over an hour away so this was a major inconvenience.I rescheduled with an appointment time and it was smooth.Point being I attempted to contact the office and could not find a local number so I called the TSA. That should have been sufficient but apparently not.With the self check in I see no reason to have the check in folks. Why pay them to just turn people away or point them to the self check in tablet. Why have walk ins with unadvertised walk in deadlines.

4.5 to 4.75 nobodys perfect. Always in and out in a timely manner and, staff has always been pleasant and engaging very professional.

I was welcomed cheerfully by nurse and processed my fingerprints within a very reasonable time. My most positive experience at one of these clinics!

Went here for TSA Precheck 2 weeks before my flight, the computers were crashing that day (I witnessed it) so my app was delayed for about 40 minutes, But then it was a whole 4 minute process, and got my TSA precheck confirm within 3 days. well done

We showed up as a walk-in and they were able work us in. I would definitely recommend making an appointment though if at all possible. Very professional.We made sure we had all of our paperwork with us.

Clear your schedule for the day because you’ll need it. They are painfully slow. Arrived early for my appointment. Sat in waiting room for an hour and a half and no update given by receptionist. Only one person taken to the back the entire time I was there. Waiting room full of angry people. I eventually just left.

Came in for a TSA precheck and I expected a DMV like experience. Instead the facility staff showed great temperament and I even had an enjoyable conversation with my interviewer.

I had a TSA Pre Check appointment, and it was handled quickly and with no fuss. My only issue was that I was given an address to a Professional Building...couldnt read address numbers from the street... adding that it is in a professional building with then ame wouldhave been much easier.

I was in and out! There process was fast and straight to the point! Just come around your appointment time because there are other people who have appointments and they call you back based on your appointment time!

This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE to be honest, I showed up, waited for hours, to no avail, then made an appointment, Showed up to that and was told sorry were closed today, etc, After driving 45 minutes to get here! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

The gentleman who processed my application was friendly and helpful. The process was smooth and efficient.

It was an average visit. Had an appointment time of 1030am. Im a realist, I get it; youre not going to get seen immediately at the designated time but 40 minutes after the designated time was a bit irritating. Others were waiting about an hour or so and thats with an appointment that they had done online. As it turns out, it was the computer system that was down. Again, things happen. The thing that irritated me was that no one ever came out and informed us what was going on and that its the system and maybe that would have eased our patience a bit. Overall after everything was operational and working, it was less than 5 minutes and to be honest; it wasnt a bad experience.

These people are truly awesome. For a lab/screening place I will say it was once of the best places Ive ever been too. They still let me take my drug test even tho I was running late and showed up more then 15 mins after they said they stop taken new screenings. They were VERY accommodating to me and my situation and Im very appreciative for they being so kind and understanding. Thank you very much

I was on time for my appointment, and so were they! Within minutes of my arrival I was greeted by a young man who was friendly and efficient at the same time. The entire session took only a few minutes, but I never felt that I was rushed in any way and all of my questions were answered before I left. Excellent!

Customer service was poor secretary or intake person had an extreme attitude and was rude . Apparently she thinks she is better then others and destiny feel like her just is to help people with intake ! Bad experience and I had my choice of locations to use and I definitely would t use Tipp city location ! If you do be aware of the blonde with an attitude who doesn’t think she should have to do her job appropriately!

The ladies were very pleasant! Made sure I understood each step she was taken to ensure my fingerprints were done correctly and throughly. & the ladies had great music playing while I waited. Had a very good experience!

I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I had competed the application on line ahead of my in person appointment which expedited the whole process. The whole process was very easy!

Everything was quick and easy except finding the place. I was looking for a TSA or Idemia logo bit it was in the window above the front door. It would be easier to find if the logo was on the door with ARCpoints Labs logo. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Fast and efficient. Looks like a doctors office, but they do finger prints for TWIC and Hazmat.

I was told at the office that I’d have my results within 7-10 business days and we specifically asked which days counted as business days due to the holiday. According to what we were told, today should have been the 10th business day so we called, and now they’re telling us that Friday is the 10th business day. So what they told us the day of our appointment was incorrect and we now have to wait 3 extra days. So it will be 3 weeks by the time we get our results that we paid $1,655 for.

Our experience wasnt bad. It was great with the interviewer for our TSA PreCheck interview. But there was no bathroom offered for customers, and we had to leave the office and drive down the street for my husband to go to the bathroom, and then come back to the office before our appointment, after having driven a half hour from our home to get to this location. That is unfortunate.

Scheduled an appointment for 12:10 via their online scheduler only to arrive and be greeted by a locked door and posted sign saying they are closed from 12-1???

They dont get 5 stars set appointment and wait 30 min they still toke people. I know. My receipt does not back me up I find a fast process giving now processing I hear is 60 days long like wow. Not ARC point issue Government

A positive encounter. I had an appointment and I was taken in right on time. The representative was friendly and efficient.

Very easy process. We were hesitant in the beginning to gather documents and drive to an interview but found it to be an interesting experience. It actually increased our belief that the precheck system is well managed.

Service and appointment went fine. Asked to use the bathroom as we came from 80 miles away and were told, sorry we dont have public bathrooms. We werent coming in from the public. We had appointments there and were behind the office door. We were customers.

I went to ARCpoint Labs of Tipp City today for some fingerprinting, made a appointment for 2:pm and paid online. Arrived at the location, no one to check you in, must be done by ipad. 30 minutes after my appointment theyve cycled though everybody in there but me and a young lady and now theyre calling people back that came in after me. I see someone in the office and I knock on the window. The lady answers and I tell her how long Ive been waiting and now Ill be late for a doctors appointment in Dayton at 3. I tell her Im there for fingerprinting and it now 30 min past my appointment and its really messing me up. She goes fingerprinting !?! they didnt have a clue I was there and checked in. Then the girl that was waiting before me jumps up and says shes been there 20 min before me and was there for fingerprints too. Then another guy who came in after me said he needed fingerprinting too. Now that theres 3 people in there raising hell about the fingerprinting service somebody decides it time to do their job and take some fingerprints. Got my fingerprints done finally, had to reschedule my other appointment.The level incompetence, ungodly slowness and couldnt give a sh*t attitude about the clients time is monumental.Avoid doing business with these people if at all possible.

10 actual business days, as they say! But also their PTO, holiday schedule, and sick days. Soooooo, more like three or four weeks. Whenever THEY get back to you. If you don’t have insurance covering 100% of the cost, look for services elsewhere.

The service person was great! I only knocked a star off because they saw me 40 minutes past my appointment due to a lack of staff and some other breakdowns that morning. But very pleasant and it was quick once I was seen.

My employee went to get his fingerprints done on June 2nd 2023. They didnt send the fingerprints to the right location and when I called them, they told me they cant resend them due to theyre just a entering location and I need to call fast fingerprints. So now I have to pay a second time to get my fingerprints done. If you as a entering agency cant fix your mistake, you should redo the fingerprints at your own cost. That is ridiculous. I will recommend that NONE of my people use your office again.

Easy to get an appointment, no wait upon arrival, worked patiently to capture my prints despite my dry skin. Results sent directly Ohio Board of Nursing, making it easy to convert to compact nursing license. Will use them again for sure.

Initially felt uncomfortable because the waiting room was so small and full. Others had been waiting a long time. This office serves various departments causing the crowding.I had a 2pm appt for TSA and sat for 20 minutes. When my name was called for my appt, I was told the computer did an unscheduled update causing the delay. I can understand that.Once we started, I was in and out in 5 minutes. I appreciated that.

I made an appointment online several weeks prior to going to complete the TSA pre-check process. I entered the facility at the time of my appointment and signed in on the iPad as indicated by the posted signage. Someone asked if I had signed in (on the pad) and I said I had. I noticed some folks who waited at the window had their names taken by a staff member instead of signing in but didn’t think much of it. After more than half an hour and watching people with later TSA appointments go back and come out, I waited for someone to come to the window. No one ever did. At the one hour mark I was finally able to catch an employee as he came to call back yet another guest for pre-check. I explained i was still waiting, he said he’d check. He did take me back next and apologized for the confusion with the sign-in system. His courtesy kept this from being a one-star experience, actually. If you know your system is glitchy, just complete sign-in manually until it’s sorted out.

I was a walk in and your website said 9:30 to 12:30.for TSA appointment. When I got in for my appointment he was upset because I was intruding on his lunch period. I apologized for the inconvenience I put on his lunch period. His body language told me he wasnt buying it. When I looked at the time on my phone it was only 12:05 at the latest. He was cold and not understanding reminded of one of my drill Sergeant not in a positive way if you get my drift.

Requested me to be there 10 minutes prior to 1:00 appointment but closed from noon to 1:00???

I was not pleased that it took nearly 2 months to get an appointment. However, once I finally got an appointment, my application was handled efficiently. Employees were pleasant and handled well.

I was late for my Appt because of work, reception person was not friendly at all. Person taking info was comm sending telling me shut the door, do this, do that. It was not a great overall experience , although they did get me in.

TSA Check.Website said walk-Ins welcome. Upon arriving after an hour drive sign on door said NO Walk-ins.Went inside only 1 person in waiting room. Vary DISAPPOINTED said they still could not do mine.

The young lady that sent my fingerprints and background was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure my first time there was great if I need anything else like this again I would definitely be going there.

Great people to work with. We scheduled an appointment for my daughter but had to move it up at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us even though they were very busy. Also, called and requested a receipt from my wifes visit two weeks prior and they quickly emailed it to us.

There are different entryways for different services. Appointment made no problem. Self check in kiosk no problem. I was on time but my appointment time was delayed for about 20 minutes. TSA fingerprinting and results back in less than 12 hours. Amazing. The staff were very friendly and professional. They even dealt with unprepared walk-ins courteously. No restrooms for use there so make sure you dont need one before arriving.

No one at window when u walk in. Electronic sign in w name only. I could have been at the wrong place for all i know. 10+ people waiting and no means of letting customers know if it would be hours or minutes before we would be seen. When finally called in, staff just rushed me through the process took my credit card and pointed me to the door. Customer first is not in their mission statement.

I did have to wait 25 minutes past my appointment time to be seen for TSA Pre✅️. However, once the appointment began, the staff completed their tasks and had me on the road in a matter of minutes.

I had a printed form showing my appointment date/time. Was there. They said I had done it wrong. They would not take me as a walk in claiming illness of their staff. I wasted 2 hours of drive time and a week and a half of wait time (time from making appointment). I had to give up.

We arrived 10 mins early for two back-to-back TSA PreCheck appointments. We waited 10 mins past the first appointment time, and then completed both appointments in a total 10 mins.

I actually went to IDentoGo for a TSA precheck, but it seemed the receptionist and the other person were working both. I got into my appointment about a half hour after my scheduled time, but once I realized there was only 2 and they were working it all it seemed, I was ok. The actual appointment only lasted about 10 minutes. The place was easy enough to get to.

It was a little confusing as the name of said company that I did my TSA Application was different from where I completed my screening.

I went there to get my TSA pre-check completed. It was quick, fast and painless. I got my travel number in less than four days.

Started thinking on a Saturday night that maybe I should get a rapid Covid test prior to Thanksgiving. Got an appointment on Monday morning. Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time, got the test quickly, and had results less than an hour. Super happy! Thank you for providing this option for anyone who wants a test.

I scheduled an appointment for the Covid Vaccine. Had to change it due to work. Went at the new time. Walked into a full waiting room but I had an appointment. I was taken back at my exact time. They answered a couple questions I had. Gave me the shot. I had to wait 15 minutes to make sure there were no reactions and during that time several folks stopped by to chat with me and check in. Very good experience. Had the Jansen shot and was only a little tired the next day.

Everything went well but the alarm that goes off every time the front door is opened is absolutely annoying.

My husband had an appointment at 1:20 with 4 other people in front of him. The sign said they would be back from lunch at 1:00. The first worker opened the window at 1:25.

I scheduled an appointment but was unable to make it. Called and cancelled and was told that I would not be charged. One week later I got an invoice in my email that stated that it was only an invoice NOT a bill. So I disregarded it. 6 months later, upon checking my bank account I discovered that I was indeed charged for the appointment. I called back several times to get a refund but as of now, still have not received a refund. At this point I chalk it up to lesson learned.

Not allowing walk ins for hazmat figure prints witch is very important and only a few places doing it. A process that takes less than 10 minutes and so important to someone getting a job were everyone seems to be hiring but no one wants to work and this place want to make it harder for someone who does. Simple fix allow walk-ins

The guy that does TSA was very rude. He was 30 minutes late for the appointments and quit taking walkins because he said he could. Very unprofessional and rude to the patients.

Friendly, quick, and effective for my TSA pre-test. Difficult to find because the signage re TSA is small and higher than the main signage so you can easily miss it driving around the lot.
