Service was very professional and courteous. I was able to get a same day appointment which was great. The medical assistant, sorry I don’t remember her name, and NP Brianna were very attentive. I’m not one who likes going to the doctors but the times I have visited they treat me well.

Tried making an appointment for 2 months, finally got one. I called and said I’d be 10 minutes late and the lady on the phone said as long as I got there by 3:30 I was fine. Got there at 3:25 and looked for the suite, called again for directions to said suite and asked if I’ll still be seen and she said yes. I walked in the door as soon as it hit 3:30 and when I walked up to the desk it hit 3:31, before I could even say anything this very rude and aggravated blonde lady abruptly interrupted me and said I was a “no call no show”. I obviously called twice beforehand and was in the building 5 minutes before I was supposed to be where I was. Don’t come here if you want to be screwed over, ridiculous

I have been a client of this practice which seems to be forever. I had the pleasure of Dr Giovanni deliver my daughter in 1993 and Dr Richichi deliver my son in 1995. I now see Dr Minter annually. What does that show you? It shows that they are a great practice. Everyone is so very nice and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The staff was very friendly. From checking in to checking out. My nurse practitioner Brianna was so professional and so relatable. Her bedside manner was refreshing !!!! Her medical assistant was very sweet and very professional. I would highly recommend Axia

While this my first time visiting this office and I love the doctor I saw, I didn’t have a good experience with the front desk blonde woman. I had to fill out paperwork because I didn’t update correctly when I received the emails. She seemed to be aggravated and her face showed everything. It made me very uncomfortable. She was very short. I had an appt for a mammogram right after and another woman was complaining about the same woman. My address wasn’t updated and the paperwork that she gave me to give for my mammogram had my old address on it and the other office had to change everything as this should’ve been done by her. If I didn’t have a great first visit with the doctor, I wouldn’t go back .

I love it here! Great doctors that answer all your questions. Great customer service from the front desk. Very lucky to have an awesome gyno and all great doctors to deliever my next baby!

Everyone at Obstetrics and Gynecology was superb! The associates at the front desk knew exactly what they were needed to do. They were professional and friendly!The nurse was comforting and knowledgeable!Dr. Gildiner did not rush with his time with me. He explained everything and listened to my questions. A great doctor!

From the front desk personnel to the medical staff, they are a star 5! I feel comfortable and at ease when being seen for my appointment. The level of professionalism and compassion is seen and felt.

Went here this morning after speaking in the phone with someone as she said they take walk ins. I went in as a walk in a a bald black women squinted her eyes at me and was like you don’t have an appointment and you won’t be seen anytime soon. What’s your problem and I paused as I was uncomfortable and she gave me a form to write it down. Then she told me I wasn’t going to be seen anytime soon and I had work in 3 hrs and she said I would not make it I said ok I’ll come back and she said yeah because you need to take care of that. I will never come back here that was the most embarrassing and degrading thing ever.

Becky took such good care of me. She was thoughtful and gentle. A very good experience.

Everything was very clean and nice. Staff was polite appointment times were on schedule. Didn’t feel like I was being rushed out. Had an opportunity to ask questions and talk to the doctor.

This was my second time being seen by Dr. Amy (not sure of her last name) and she is very attentive and very kind. The ladies at the front desk were also very nice!

Awesome Obstetrics/GYN, I have been going to them for 15 years and have no complaints, everyones so nice and polite and take care of your needs, you are their priority when you show up for your appointment...I love the care I receive a recommend this OB/GYN office for your womanly care.

I am disappointed with this office. The nurse practitioner Ieachia Dingle didn’t have the best bedside manner and you could tell she didn’t really want to be at the office for the late night shift. She stated the office would called me with my results and stated depending on the results, they would call me back to schedule an appointment for a medical workup. None of this happened. I will go elsewhere for the medical workup and be seen by practitioners that actually care.

Brittany the Nurse Practitioner was really sweet! She made sure she asked me questions first before I got undressed . 10/10 loved her

Today was my first experience at this office since my local office closed and it was wonderful, everyone was so friendly from the front desk to the nurse and doc. Waited only 1-2 minutes to be called back and was completed and on my way home about 20 mins later which was amazing. Definitely glad I made the decision to go with this practice

They make this less-than-enjoyable part of being a woman way less uncomfortable. Informative, friendly, efficient and clean. Couldn’t ask for more.

They gave me a charge even after i asked if there was a charge or co-pay. They didnt schedule me right even after i was specific about what i needed and they changed my schedule. They bascially told me there is nothing they can do i had to leave. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DO NOT GO

I have been a patient of Dr. Huggins for years. Her bedside manner is top notch by the way she listens, engages in conversation and remembers details from one visit to another. From scheduling an appointment until checking out of the appointment the staff have been friendly, professional, and welcoming. I have referred this office many times and will continue to do so!

Dr. Minter is an incredible doctor. She has a warm, welcoming bedside manner. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers any questions you may have.

After my last 2 visits, I need to change my 5 star review to a 2. The new front desk staff is brusque and always seems annoyed and put-out. Becky, the NP I’ve been seeing for years, is becoming increasingly rushed and doesn’t spend much time talking to me. I started the visit saying I was struggling a bit with a couple of issues, which I’m not even sure she heard because she was busy reading my chart and ignored my comment altogether. After 17 years, I think I’ll be seeking a new practice.

Always a very pleasant experience with the online checkin, the check in staff at the front desk, the assistant nurse who takes you to your room and takes your blood pressure, and Dr. Minter is just the best. She ispersonable, and genuinely caring and always makes me feel at ease with my examination.

After many years with the same doctor today I saw a new oneShe was sweet and seemed to care what I said. I didnt have a long wait. It was a pleasant experience.

It was my first time back since Dr. DiGiovanni retired and Dr. Huggins left. I saw the nurse practitioner Brianna. She was very friendly and easy to talk to.

I waited many months to get a first patient appoint with one of the docs that came highly recommended. My visit was disappointing. The doc did not seem to look over my history (I filled out multiple pages) or really listen to my concern. Then she gave me sheets of copied information for me to read on menopause.

EVERYONE there was very nice, I was greeted upon arrival. I filled out the paperwork before arrival which expeditied things. I was called within 5 mins of my arrival, the nurse assistant very pleasant young lady took my information then the doctor came inshe introduced herself answered any questions I had then left to allow me to prepare for exam, she was very thorough. From the entrance till departure it was less than a half hour. Thanks you for your being very polite and professional.

Love the doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants and office staff at this Axia location. Dr. Richichi and Dr. DiGiovanni delivered my 22 and 20 year-old daughters so I am a long time patient with this group of physicians. I am now seen by Dr. Minter and Rebecca Eirich, NP. Everyone in the practice has always been so caring and personable. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

Able to get a needful appointment before the weekend! I greatly admire Rebecca, my health care provider. She is excellent, knowledgeable and kind.

The Sewell office has gone down since it moved to a new location. No one seems to know anything in the office. Doctor availability is deficient. They push medications not typically covered by most health insurance. I have gone there for years but will not be back.Thank you for your response. However, it is about as helpful as your office. After expressing my concerns, I was referred to the office manager, who had a voicemail greeting stating not to leave messages.

I am so displeased with my experience here. I went to have a vaginal exam (minus lab work) for a cyst and boil. The doctor, Juanita K. Huggins was so quick with me that she took her gloves off before I could properly explain the issues I was having. She also moved so fast that unfortunately for me did not give me time to react and she took a swab of my vagina for lab work to identify if any infections were present and prescribed me antibiotics. Between her and the insurance company, they are now requiring I pay $300 for a lab testing that I wasnt even aware would take place. Again, I did not go for infection or any type of testing for the usual yeast or bacteria infections. I went for a cyst and boil which of course were not tested. Im writing this review to warn you all about one, this specific doctor with Axia, and two, the written loopholes that doctors will use to get money out of you. This is also not my regular physician, I was sent here for an emergency appointment. The front desk clerk was also not warm and fuzzy. I wont be back here.

Nice office, staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr Minter is great with answering questions and providing care. They provide my maintenance care, no issues, easy and efficient in and out.

From the time you walk in, you are greeted with a friendly smile from the front admin staff and treated respectfully. While all of the practitioners are amazing there, Becky, NP, is my favorite. She asks just the right questions, listens to your concerns, and is very informative giving detailed explanations; never rushes you. Her compassion and empathy is genuine. I would highly recommend this practice to family and friends.

Outstanding practice. Dr. Guildner is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and gentle. He communicates each step of your exam. I’ve been with this practice for 30 years. From the receptionists to the nurses, all staff are professional and so welcoming. I am a retired Nurse and highly recommend this practice. A+

I thought my experience was great. The medical assistants and Dr.W. Were very nice. The only complaint I had was the front staff didn’t make eye contact when she was checking me in.

I’ve been going here for years but surely will NEVER be going back now. Dr. Huggins comes off as friendly but doesn’t take the time to read your chart, ask questions, or leave time for you to ask questions. She prescribed me a new birth control at my 6 week OB follow up that completely diminished my milk supply, leaving me unable to feed my daughter, because she didn’t bother to ask whether or not I was breastfeeding. When I called to get a new prescription, I was only able to leave a message. I left 4 messages and didn’t get a call back until I called a 5th time and spoke to the front desk asking to speak to someone directly. Only go to this practice if you want to be ignored, they are a sad excuse for medical professionals

10 minute wait in the waiting room… two ladies at the desk were friendly informative and pleasant. Ten minutes in the room with the nurse taking my vitals and telling her any of my concerns. Dr D. (Maryanne) who feels like my girlfriend I can tell anything to comes in does the examination. We talk the whole time which helped to make the whole experience feel like two seconds. I be been here 4 years I love this place and the people!

I was referred to Axia by a co worker in 2008 and have been going to see Dr.Huggins ever since.. Dr.Huggins is very personable and she makes you feel welcomed. The exams rooms are stylish too!

I’ve always had a great experience with Dr. Minters. When she’s out I have seen the nurse practitioner, Becky Eirich. After seeing NP Eirich, I’ve walked out feeling belittled and with unanswered questions. When the response to a question is “You don’t need to worry or that’s normal”, it makes you feel uneasy when I know how my body is. She makes me feel like I have dumb questions. No question is a dumb question and nobody should feel like they are talked down to. I’ve seen NP Eirich three times and walk out feeling this way every time. It’s disappointing so see a medicinal professional who we should trust with poor bedside manner. This is a poor representation of Dr. Minters. The receptionists and Minters are amazing. For any young patient like myself I suggest not seeing Eirich. Feeling uncomfortable and scared walking out of the office is the worst feeling. I’m writing this review in hopes that it will protect someone who is younger than me in the future. Your health is super important and you should never be confused or not have peace of mind.

I’ve been on hold for 13 minutes just to make an appt. This is my 3rd attempt to make one. Dealing with this office has always been chaos. No one answers. You better hope nothing serious is wrong either because they are booked months out.

I had a bad experience at a different gyno so i was quite nervous but they made the whole visit very comfortable!! from the front desk to Rebecca, the nurse practitioner, it was a smooth experience. I love this practice! From the time you enter the office to the nurse that greets you and the physician- you are made to feel comfortable as well as important! The office staff is super friendly ! Dr Gildiner is the best!! Ive been going to this practice for over 30 years now. Actually longer than that when it started out with Dr. Lovett. I wont go anywhere else.

I received wonderful care throughout my pregnancy. We had most of our appointments with Dr. Huggins and she ended up delivering my baby which was awesome. I highly recommend this practice for any expecting mothers!

Took my wife to her appointment and we had our three kids (2boys 1girl). They all had to use the restroom while we waited in tbe car for mom. Boys went in alone then I took my daughter. The Bald Headed Black receptionist started questioning me about wether I was with a patient and that two boys came in and she thought they where alone 😔. My daughter took sometime in the restroom but I kept hearing the Black receptionist ask the other is she still in there? She questioned 2xs whether my daughter was still using the rest room. That Bald Black receptionist was rude and arrogant towad me and my wife at this visit. My wife will be finding another gynecologist.

I am very Disappointed with this office , I have been going to them for over 4 years, they delivered 2 babies for me , to reach them is the worse , I called and left VM and someone would call me back 3 or 4 days later, I am an established patient and they cant see me until the end of MAY , how is this possible. I wouldnt go to them again .

If you enjoy being ignored while having a miscarriage and waiting days to speak with a doctor, having appointments canceled without any notification before showing up to the office, or being called the morning of another appointment to be told you need to reschedule then this is the place for you! Honestly, this practice used to be wonderful. I’ve been going here since I was a teen and they delivered my son a few years ago, but this experience has just been awful and I will be finding another Obgyn going forward.

Pregnant with my third child and I’ve been going to this office for eight years now. I’ve always had an amazing experience with the staff, nurses and doctors! Highly recommend! During Covid the communication and wait times are obviously a bit longer and can be confusing, but as for the the overall care for the patient.... Wonderful!

Dr. Minter is the most amazing Gynecologist I have ever seen. She was warm kind and informative from the moment I met her. Never ever rushed my appointments and she is extremely knowledgeable and very educated. She guided me through a tough procedure from start to finish and was informative and understanding At every visit. All the ladies in the office are warm and friendly.

If you are looking for a practice that pushes birth control and dismisses patients questions or concerns- this is the place for the you!!After 11 years I’m not coming back. Told me that testing hormones is something they cannot do and that mine “are fine because you are getting your period monthly” despite me expressing my symptoms and concerns. Will prescribe you hormonal birth control though to “manage said symptoms” without testing said hormones.In addition very unprofessional with answering questions with belittling patients and making them feel uncomfortable.0/10 would recommend

I have been seeing Dr Gildner for 22 yrs now ! He delivers my first born 19 yrs ago and my delivery experience was amazing !! Then dr Cannon delivered my younger son 13 yrs ago and same great experience . I see dr Gildner on a yearly basis .. he takes the time to answer all my questions and is very personable and very caring .. I recommend this whole group .. all the staff thru the years going to this practice were alway kind and efficient with their work.

The staff is super friendly and the doctors are all so incredible. Experiencing pregnancy for the first time during a pandemic was overwhelming at times given that my husband couldn’t be with me for any appointments, but the office made sure I never felt alone. I have no doubts I’ll be continuing my care there for years to come.

I recently changed OBGYN offices at the recommendation of a family member. I had the best experience. Dr. D was thorough, patient, supportive, kind and very attentive to everything I told her. It was a huge relief to have the sort of positive feedback she gave me. Im very happy I switched offices!

Today was my first time at this location and it went very well! Front ladies were very pleasant and happy to help! I came in for blood work and my phlebotomist Chris was amazing!! I told her how I hate getting my blood work done and she literally made me feel at ease and barely felt a pinch. Told her Id be back Friday to see her again! All in all I had a fantastic visit!

As a new patient, I had a pleasant experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. COVID protocols are in place, clear and enforced. The doctor took her time to hear my concerns and offered her expertise. I would recommend and will be returning for any future needs.

As much as I don’t like this type of visit, Dr. Huggins ALWAYS takes the fear out of it. She is extremely personable and pleasant and puts me at ease every time. The staff is also very thorough. I would recommend this office to anyone.

This office if full of great, warm, people from the front desk to the examination rooms. Switching to this branch was the right decision. I feel taken care of from the minute I walk through the door.

The staff was able to get an appointment right away for me with Dr. DiGiovanni as I had been in the ER two days before that and needed a follow up. Dr. DiGiovanni was calm, patient, and concerned about my well-being but very positive. She made me feel so much better. Regardless of the outcome, she developed a step by step plan of what will be done. That was comforting as well. I am extremely happy and lucky to have a caring doctor like her-she’s on my team!

I’ve been with many doctors in the past that rush you, make you feel bad about yourself or just don’t listen at all. I got a new doctor there (not because I wanted a switch just because of scheduling) and Dr. Huggins was so amazing, I’m so happy I got to have her. She cares and listens to you and is wonderful all and all!

I have been going to this office since I found out I was pregnant with my daughter 7 years ago. My sister convinced me to switch, and I am SO happy I did! I have recommended the doctors here to so many of my friends and colleagues, and have told them to switch from their OBGYN if they are unhappy…and all of them have told me how much better they are treated by the doctors here than at their previous OB/gyn, which has been my experience as well. They are all very personable and make you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Dr. DiGiovanni, Dr. Huggins, Dr. Minter, and Becky have been so wonderful to me throughout these past 7 years. There are new additions to the staff who I am unfamiliar with, but I have heard they are just as great! If you are questioning if you should switch, do it! You won’t be disappointed! 🤗

Honestly will always come back here JUST for Ms. Dar. She is a gem of human and made the experience of being here so pleasant and comforting. Very grateful to have found this office!

Went in for what i thought was blood work cause I was going weekly, and they said oh you are here for your ultrasound! - no, I miscarried. They never deleted it from the file.I would like to note though, that the front desk woman who i dealt with during this mishap was completely nice and apologetic and i greatly appreciate that, but the fact whoever is in charge of it didnt delete the appointment is not right. Was not going to say anything after that, because mistakes happen. But, then I called today to follow up on more blood work for my miscarriage, they called back and said youre not pregnant, yes I know that, I need to know what my levels are and if I have to make a additional blood draw appointment. She said oh you are at 1. Thanks for the thoughtfulness. The way this has been handled to me is completely lacking in any sort of standard of care. Not sure why miscarriage is taken so lightly.

Had my first appt with Dr. Digiovanni for my annual exam today and she was wonderful. She was kind and gentle. I was in and out in no time. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I felt complete safe and welcome.

Called asking to see whats wrong with my medicine not being sent to the pharmacy and the front desk or my dr prescribed me the wrong medication just for the lady at the front desk to give me an attitude. She called in my medication but filled the wrong one. Would recommend this place if you have better staff!

Dr. Huggins is the BEST OB/GYN physician I have EVER had! She is caring and definitely concerned about womens health. Dr. Huggins listens to you as a patient and addresses the issues directly. My wife recently went here for an 8 week checkup. The NP was nice, but everyone else in this office is grossly incompetent. My wife has been trying to get anti nausea medication filled for a week, we left the office 4 voice messages- never received a call back. Today she PHYSICALLY had to drive to the office to attempt to contact someone, and the front deck lady was so horribly rude and refused to help. If you have a pregnant wife and are looking for an OB/GYn office, pick ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

My favorite part of going to my 8 week visit was being shuffled out the door because I was having a panic attack. I must admit, it was my fault for breaking down in tears in the doctors office, but it was during the height of the pandemic and I was scared of covid, scared of needles, pregnant for the first time, having a missed miscarriage, and dealing with anxiety. A little compassion would have been nice. No one comforted me, no one told me what to expect of the miscarriage.. heck, technically no one even confirmed to me that it was a miscarriage. After the visit, I calmed down and tried to call back to get information.. phones were broken. Ive never felt more unsupported and helpless. My partner and I went through this first time traumatic event completely alone, googling symptoms and getting advice from online forums. It was the worst medical experience of my life.

Have been a patient of Dr Huggins for 20 years, the care that I have received from her all these years, can only be described as extraordinary she takes her time to explain what she needs to do and make sure that I am going to be comfortable with any procedure that needs to be done. I call her my super Doctor.

Took 1 hour and half for a simple pee test waste of my money and time . I had an appointment at 5:30, didn’t leave until 7. absolutely ridiculous. NEED A NEW MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Always have to wait an EXTREMELY long time!! Office staff is RUDE. I am writing this from an exam table, waiting AGAIN, now for the doctor. My apt was at 10:45 am, didnt get called back until 11:45am and it is now noon! Absolutely ridiculous. I love the care of these docs, but this inconvenience time after time is NOT worth it. I wont be coming back, EVER. Its a shame because they delivered my children and love them, but not their organizational skills.

I can’t say enough about Dr. D.. I have been seeing her for over 20 years. Not sure about the negative reviews on the practice, as I have been with her for so long and she delivered both of my babies. I have never had an issue with the staff, service and Dr. D not only knows her stuff, she takes the time to know and care about you. She is the best doctor I have ever had!!

I hear the doctors are great here. But Ive been calling for over a week and no one returns my calls or answers. I am almost 9 weeks pregnant and was trying to make an appointment to a local OBGYN near me that has decent reviews but it just seems to be impossible here. I see another woman has had the same issue and actually drove there. Is this what it really has to come down to? Especially during a pandemic? This is ridiculous and very very unprofessional

I had scheduled my first apart for Tuesday 3/22 but after calling to express a concern of possible having an infection I was rescheduled for Monday 3/21 by Pat R for my infection and the baby appt. I got a text msg confirming the change of the appt. On Tuesday afternoon 3/15 Pat called to inform there was an opening on Wed 3/16 just for the infection concern. At the end of the appt I was reminded of my baby appt for Mon 3/21. Fast forward to today, I arrived at the office to be told my appt was never changed and that I would have to come back tomorrow. I explained that not only did I have a text confirmation for my appt but also moved my daughter’s appt to today and took off from work. The front desk was completely unhelpful. Although there were notations from Pat’s conversation from last week the manager Jill did not offer any solution or an apology. Neither Jill or Pat came out to speak to me to apologize or explain what happened. The front desk lady only said they could see me today if it was related to the infection but the baby appt would have to be kept for tomorrow. Im unable to take take off work and find a sitter for my daughter. Now I’m left to call other offices and wait weeks before being seen. I was left in tears as I don’t know how far along I am or the health of my baby. If I don’t feel comfortable or trust them with a simple appt, I can’t trust them with my baby.

I have been going to Obstetrics & Gynecology Association for years. The Doctors there are exceptional and listen to you and make you feel at ease. The staff is friendly and attentive. I never had a long wait to be seen. I would have given 10 stars if they were available.

From the office staff to the doctors care... everything was fantastic. It was the friendly thorough service I have come to expect from this practice.

It took forever for me to find an office that I felt comfortable in. No matter which doctor you see they take their time with you, listen to you and diagnose you accurately.

My calls were returned promptly. The office found an appointment for me the next day. The staff is courteous and efficient. Dr. Di Giovanni was pleasant, concerned, and so professional. I could not get better care anywhere.

First time back to office since Dr. Bramble left.appoint at 11:30 arrived at 11:33 was told I was late. Forget about the 10-15 grace period. I was rushed and treated not so nicely. Only because the doctor had a surgery with another patient after me. I have been a patient there for many years but will not go back except to sign a release of information form. I don’t like to feel like Im in the way, so I left. Didnt want the doctor to be late.

Today, I had an appointment and wow, the building looks great but you know, I am going for the complete care not for the looks of a building. I got lost so, finally, I was redirected to my department.I state my name and my appointment time. I filled out paperwork. By the time it was time for my insurance information. The problem arise. I was told after being told before today, that they accepted my insurance. I called the day before to confirm today’s appointment.I wished, I just wished. I was just reminded again. I basically wasted my time. To make up for the time lost, I was hoping to pay out of pocket but still nope they didn’t accept it. I was looking forward to this place until now.

I have been seeing Dr. DiGiovanni for twenty years now. She always makes me feel comfortable and never rushed. She takes all my concerns and thoughts into account. I trust her opinion and medical advise. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I got there 1 hour early and they’ll took me right away . Dr was very friendly and extremely thorough.

Love Dr. Huggins! She is very personable and calming. She has excellent bedside manner and pays attention to details.

The doctors are great but the front desk is terrible at returning phone calls. Ive had to actually drive to their office multiple times because no one returns my phone calls. If I wasnt having a baby in a few months I would actually change my doctor. Its very frustrating when you need to make an appointment but receive no response.

Staff was very friendly and professional!! Becky was great with exam and talking to me about menopause and what to expect. She also gave he reading material with hints on how to help get through it!! I was in and out with hardly a wait!

Ive been seeing Dr. Eirich for years. She is always pleasant, professional and on time. I hate waiting for doctors who over schedule and I have never had that problem with her.

Have yet to be seen by a doctor here but continue to have not so plesent experience with the front desk staff. Called yesterday and tried to make a appointment to be seen after having a Threathened mc and everytime I explain they ask for my info and then say they can’t schedule me because I have to speak to a nurse to get a appointment. The “receptionist “ said she’s just a desk person and can’t said when the nurse would get round to speaking to me or anything. That was the most useless call of my life. She literally has no purpose.

Also a pleasant & highly professional visit to this location. From the ladies at the front desk to the nurses & doctors.I walk in & immediately feel its a space for JUST US (women)!

Just had an appointment and everything went perfectly! Everyone was nice and I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Been going here for years and havent experienced what sime others have, except for a few long waits and annoying hours. Other than that I have had great experiences here.

Every time I call this number they always sound annoyed when I ask if it is the Sewell clinic. Apparently this number is a direct source to both clinics. But every time I ask for the transfer to Sewell, they always have an attitude, even saying “why are you even calling here in the first place, no we don’t have a Sewell clinic I don’t know why you’re calling” when I get to the clinic in Sewell they are very kind. But their staff when it comes to picking up the phones, whoever it is, needs to get checked. If it’s not apparently the Sewell office don’t post the number I dial every time to get to the Sewell office where it clearly says “Sewell, NJ”. So everyone, when you are trying to call their number please be aware you may be met with nasty attitudes, not from the actual Sewell place, because they are kind when you get into contact with them, but from their “call center”. (Which again, if it doesn’t directly link to the Sewell center....do not make it the Sewell number.)

Dr. Huggins is so easy to talk with. She delivered my son 22 yrs ago and always asks how he is. Awesome Dr!

I really have no idea why this place only has a 2.9 rating I went here and I was actually really worried because of a lot of complaints. They were very sweet very informative they took really good care of me and explained a lot to me. They also helped me find some doctors that my own doctor didnt help me with. I would recommend this place to anyone no I was not paid for this review at all dont let all the negative reviews fool you ladies if you have questions or are worried about something and you need to go to the obgyn and this is the only place you can go than go it will do you more good than harm. Also Im not big on ongyns but Kate I think is her name took great care of me and I wasnt as stressed out.

I hate this place!!!!The front office staff is very rude mean and ignorant! They dont care about helping and obviously dont care about their patients. I will never consider this practice again. Its a shame because Dr. Huggins is a great doctor. Do not waste your time here!

Staff and doctors are wonderful! However wait time and phone system are horrible.

Never answers the phone and can never get in. It’s insane that a doctor essential to women cannot respond to someone who needs help. Had to switch gyno’s for this reason as I needed to come in and they would not speak to me.
