AFC Urgent Care Washington Township

I can not express my gratitude enough for ALL the staff that helped me today. From the front desk to the clinical team, everyone gave A+ service with smiles. Front desk was so kind when I called before o my visit with some questions. They all made me feel that I was in good hands today. The gentleman medical assistant was so friendly and so gentle talking vitals. Dr Frank Wilcynski was professional, kind and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose double pneumonia and gave me the prescriptions that I need and sent me on my way. I wish I could request each and everyone that I had today in the future with any necessary appointments! You were all wonderful ❤️

Great experience today at Urgent Care. My family has used this facility for many years now. Ever since our favorite doctor left, Dr. V, we were heart broken. But the doctor we worked with today was phenomenal. It was my first time seeing him at this facility, but you could tell he knew his stuff and had good bed side manner. The girl who checked us in was very sweet and helpful. Highly recommended!

Brought my daughter in for ear pain. The wait wasn’t long at all. The front desk girl was the nicest most personable front desk person I have dealt with in YEARS. She was so nice from start to finish and I had to call back to check on if the prescription was sent and she was so nice again and even said call her back if any issues so she could help me. The doctor was incredible, he was so good with my daughter. She wasn’t afraid at all when usually taking her to the doctor is rough. Highly recommend!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the receptionist, to the triaging nurses and the doctor. I was in and out in under a half hour with the issue addressed! Would definitely come back to this location again in the future if I have a need.

Hands down THE best urgent care around. Staff is so friendly and there is serious attention to detail. Walked in and wait is barely ten minutes. I trust this urgent care over any I have ever been to. Great place!! If I could, I would give this location 6 stars! Everybody from the woman taking my information, the nurse taking my vitals and the PA who treated me, was great. Treated me more like a friend than a patient. (first time here). Visit went quickly, but I did not feel rushed. Nobody wants to have to go to an Urgent Care. But if you do have to go, go here!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

My 9 year old son was in for an ear infection. I was very pleased how quick and professional everyone was. The doctor asked my son questions and spoke to him. What impressed me most was after discussing the medication. He asked my son if he had any questions. I was pleased to see that he didn’t just focus on the parent and ignore the child. Child is a patient and he made sure that he was number one.

Reserved my spot online. Front desk women were amazing. Teachers great. Doctor was fantastic as usual. I went in knowing what I needed but standard procedure in order to take care of the issue. Great job all around Washington Township AFC ❤️!

My daughter was in today(8/23) to get a PPD test. Everyone is just so nice! My daughter was so nervous about getting this test done( for work), but the nurse that gave her the test explained every step of the way and just gave her reassurance that she would be okay! Our family appreciates the quality of care that AFC practices.Thank you so much 😊

I can’t say enough good things about this urgent care! THE BEST …. I had a doctor named Andrew who was the kindest most thorough doctor I’ve ever been to & I am 51 years old. The whole staff is so friendly and down to earth, I actually cried on my way home. I felt heard and cared for which is not at all the standard of care anymore! I would give 10 stars!

Excellent experience. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and compassionate, but I didntvatch her name. The PA that I saw (Andrew) was phenomenal. Friendly, smart, compassionate, asked all the right questions and actually listened to my answers. Great job!!!

I’ve gone to other urgent cares and did not like the overall friendliness and attitude towards the patients so now I only go to this location. My kids and I have never had a bad experience here. The entire staff is great including front desk, nurses and doctors.

This is my go to urgent care for whenever I get sick or injured. The staff is always so welcoming and genuine. They never fail to make me feel comfortable.

Perfect experience! Welcoming staff. Fast service! Pleasant doctor who diagnosed me quickly. They checked for an infection right there in their office. The doctor sent a Rx to the pharmacy and it was filled quickly!

I am a big fan of this place! I’ve gone about 10 times for urgent care now, and every doctor is incredibly kind and thorough. All of the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place! Accepts a large variety of insurances.

The nurses and staff are wonderful here. Very prompt service. I wasnt a huge fan of the DR though. He wouldnt tell me what I had, gave me meds to clear it all up. I went back in to ask what he wrote on my chart and the front desk said you dont have COVID.

From the minute I enter the urgent care I noticed how clean it was. The wait time was short to be seen by a doctor. I went back and the nurse was very nice and dr was very understanding and knowledgeable. They treated me with respect and gave me the necessary medicine to feel better.

My experience at AFC was excellent. Everyone was friendly and the PA put my mind at ease after my examination. I will definitely return when needed. We chose AFC because of the positive reviews and they proved accurate. Thank you AFC!

I love it here. They treat with respect, kindness, and listen to my concerns. If they see this review my last name is Swander. Front desk girls where great and they greet you with such happiness and it makes you feel at ease. They are so professional and caring. The doctors was wonderful and also treats you with kindness and takes his time listening. The doctor looked so much like my grandson by the way. I would choose coming here over anywhere else.

After processing my paperwork, I was called in to an exam room to take my vitals. Within two minutes, I was seen by a very personable doctor. After examination, I was ordered two prescriptions at a local Rx. It was a good experience all around.

Everyone I was in contact with was very professional and helpful, made me feel comfortable and calmed my nerves bc I don’t like hospitals or any kind of doctor offices.

Did not have much of a wait and signing in was relatively easy especially as it was my first time here. The staff were all great especially the person at the front desk and the tech who helped triage me. Would recommend coming back thanks to the caring staff.

We have been coming there for treatment since the facility opened. We not only WILL recommend friends and family to you, we HAVE been doing so.Regarding todays visit, as always I was seen promptly, triaged skillfully then treated expertly and painlessly. Whats not to like?

I ditched the family doctor for AFC urgent care. I’m always treated with respect, within a few minutes of my arrival. Screw making an appointment for 3 weeks from today, the care here is better

I went to Urgent Care in WT last Sunday. I was hesitant to go due to LONG WAIT TIMES, especially when I felt as awful as I did! To my surprise, paperwork, Triage and the visit with the Dr. took less than an hour! I also felt like he was actually LISTENING to me, not TALKING AT ME which is rare nowadays in my opinion! They usually want to get you in and out like your just a # and not a human being! I highly recommend Urgent Care in WT, next to TD bank off of Hurffville Crosskeys Rd. Physician I was so blessed to see was, Dr. Andrew ONeill PA. Thank you Dr ONeill for your time and patience.....TOP NOTCH Physician in my book! Sincerely, Donnarae C.

I have been here a few times & have no complaints- the staff is professional & the doctors actually have compassion- something you don’t see very often today - I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care to everyone when the need arises.

I absolutely love this place. Everytime that I have been there my wait to be called to the back has been 5 mins or less and then once in the back the doctor comes in the room within 10 mins. The staff at the front are so sweet and very nice. They actually care about there patients. I recommend this place to everyone I would give it 10 stars if I could. ❤️

Went to AFC Urgent care in Washington Township for severe pain in my left hand thumb area. Was taking in quickly and efficientlY. The PA recommended an x-ray, which was taken there. I was pleased with the handling and care that I received.

The doctor who saw me was very informative and had great bedside manner. The staff were kind and considerate. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care in Washington Township.

I’ve been using this place for years now. Everyone there is competent, and knowledgeable in general practice care. Trying to get into your family doctor is like pulling teeth. It’s nice to have another alternative. Thanks AFC.

I recieve excellent care everytime I go to urgent care. The wait is 5-10 which is not bad at all compared to other places.

My son broke his hand, the urgent care we have been to once before was closed so we went here instead. Parking lot is a mess! Not very happy with that as we pulled in we almost turned around actually. We thankfully were very pleasantly surprised with the AFC office though. Very clean and really spacious office. We only had to wait maybe 10-15 mins. I was still filling out the form when they called us back haha. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Dr. Trippel was AMAZING! Extremely friendly and easy to talk to. She explained everything very well to us. They did xrays on my sons hand and put a splint on him, recommended an orthopedic dr to go see. We were in and out in less than an hour and a half. Extremely happy with this urgent care. We will go here from now on, if needed in the future. Thank you everyone there especially Dr Trippel!

I went there for my over 70 physical the staff is amazing I was in and out in less than a half hour I would recommend this place to any one that needs your over 70 physical.

By far the best urgent care around. It’s the only one I will go to. The staff is so nice and friendly. And there’s usually not a long wait time.

And I walked in till I signed out. I felt like I had excellent physicians and incredible friendly staff. The whole experience was 100% positive.

Made an appointment. We arrived on time and was called back within 5min. After the initial consult the doc was into see us within minutes. Great experience

The care at AFC Turnersville is great, however, their online appointment system cannot be trusted. I had a CONFIRMED online appointment on July 4th at 4:35pm, arrived at 4:05pm and was turned away by the receptionist, because they closed at 4pm. Best to call them before you go.

Everyone was so nice!Jasmine greeted me when I got in, a true sweetheart.....the whole process was very comfortable and I actually cant wait till next yrs DOT physical to see everyone again. The dr/nurse that did the physical were just as great.

Good place to go when you dont feel well. The Receptionist was great I did not bring my glasses and she filled out the paperwork for me. I couldnt see the words. She should get a raise for being so nice and going above her job.went today I have Strep throat got medicine to get a dad to go away. Thats all

Greeted by a friendly and helpful front desk you woman. The Dr. and assistant were so nice and friendly and made me feel less anxious needing stitches and also an incision needed to be glued. Medication were sent exactly in a timely fashion. It was a great experience after a day that went bad!

I’ve gotten over this situation but since I just received a text I’ll post what I posted elsewhere.Heard great things and knew it was out of network so I paid more than I wanted but I still went on Sunday, prior to my arrival online I filled out the questionnaire and selected CVS as my pharmacy. After leaving they prescribed me an inhaler, steroid, an antibiotic. I went to the grocery store, got cough drops and soup. Went home and dropped it off and went to my local CVS (where my wife and son go) where they said they didn’t have it. I stated I was a new customer so maybe it wasn’t punched in? I called and asked which CVS they sent it to and the clerk stated “Cross Keys” which I assumed meant CVS on Cross Keys Road. Which I thought was weird but went anyway. They also did not have it so at this point I went back to AFC and asked for a hard copy because CVS did not have it. The clerk responded with “It went to Cross Keys Pharmacy” I looked and they were not even open on Sundays so I asked if they’re was anything they could do which they responded with “no sorry.” So I went without an antibiotic, steroid, or inhaler for an extra day. Should have just waited to see my primary if I knew that was going to be the case.

Great! Quick fast and easy with getting in and out with checking in from a tick bite. Everyone was super sweet and kind. Recommend going here!

Once I was seen, both the intake person and Doctor were very kind and caring. The young male greeting you when you first walked in was also very polite and kind.

The doctors at this urgent care are thorough and understanding. I didn’t wait long and the doctor reviewed all his recommendations with me.

A comedy of errors. Visited there for an ankle injury in May 2024. They told me to follow up with an orthopedic physician, which I did. According to the orthopedic physician:— they gave me the wrong boot— they recommended the wrong medication— the disc containing the X-rays could not be opened after several attempts. X rays had to be repeated.

They charged me $123 for my son and I to come in, took his weight and sent us to the ER. They should have refunded me my $123 since they did nothing, no treatment, no diagnosis, NO HELP. Absolutely ridiculous!

This facility never disappoints. Professional care fast no waiting staff friendly n on point. This is always my go to Urgent Care. Much appreciated

AFC in Washington Twp is a great urgent care facility. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. The doctors are great! They are willing to listen and helpful with advice. The whole group there give you their time. They never rush you out. In these difficult times of getting appointments through my grandkids primary we trust the AFC of Washington Twp to be our go to for any health issues.

Sheryl and Cara were amazing!! They were so kind and efficient. It was such an easy and pleasant experience despite the fact that I was getting glass removed from my foot! I will be recommending this urgent care to friends and family because the care I received was truly top notch. Im a nurse as well and I really appreciated the high quality and compassionate care everyone at AFC Urgent Care provided me with!

The PA Ian was very nice, knowledgeable and seems very passionate about his job. I can tell he was disappointed that he wasnt able to help because the dye he needed was in back order. Also, the lady at the front desk was helpful by getting me a same day appointment with a specialist. She said called 2 different place to find an earlier appointment.

The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The medical staff were also all very friendly and helpful. They walked me through everything they did and explaining everything thoroughly to me. I was also in and out in under an hour which was great.

The doctor was very professional but also amiable. He was thorough and took time to answer all questions. Registration and the attendant who did vitals were also accommodating and pleasant. If you have to get sick, this is where you should go!

I must give this facility 5 thumbs up and a high 5. I went mid afternoon on a Tuesday there were a few people in front of me but it went quickly! From my first encounter with the representative she patience and didn’t mind me asking her four questions at the same time. From my 2nd encounter now she was funny made me relax before seeing the doctor. I called back the next day as I had an issue and Jasmine answered; she was patience (as I rattled on about my issues) concerned, considerate, understanding and assured me she or the doctor would get right back to me. Dr Mitchell called back in a short period of time he also gave the exact same concern……… Thank you

It was 20 minutes until closing on a Friday night, but I was greeted with a smile as I checked in to be seen for a cough and sinus infection. I no sooner sat down, then I was called back. Andrew O’Neill took my vitals then did a thorough examination of my head and listened to my lungs. He prescribed medication and took time to explain his diagnosis then asked if I had any questions. I told him my collage age son had come home with a high fever and was considering coming in. When I returned to the waiting room, I saw my son had arrived, but hadn’t checked in because it was after hours and technically they were closed. To our surprise they allowed him to check in and Andrew saw him as well. After another thorough exam, he prescribed medication for him as well. Huge shout out to AFC staff for staying after hours to get me and my son on the road to recovery! Simply the best!! Thank you!

This urgent care in the Cherry tree shopping center in Sewell, this urgent care by far is my absolute favorite if I need medical care. Top notch staff and support of the patients. I wont go anywhere else💗

I politely made an inquiry today, but Robert escalated the situation unexpectedly and became impatient, kept shouting aggressively, and used his pen in a threatening manner. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also left me shaken and concerned about my safety. Other patients heard it and some were startled including a baby who started crying. Im shocked that such aggression occurred within a medical facility. As a long-time resident in the U.S., this is the first time Ive encountered such behavior. I can share my experience with the management, including recordings of the incident. I urge the facilitys management to address this issue seriously to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all patients.

They’re rude and weird here. I swear the customer service has been crappy since Covid. The lady that did my drug screen was cool though.

Had to use this facility on a holiday when my primary doctors were closed.Reasonable wait times, very friendly staff at all levels (despite having to work a holiday!), online registration worked seamlessly for me...Definitely a new go to for my family and I when we cant get in with our primary doctors.

The new Physician Assistant was very thorough and was very compassionate and polite. I have been coming here since I knew about AFC since 2016! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The front desk is very helpful and kind😊! Washington Township AFC is the only urgent care i would go to! Thank you !

The receptionist was so sweet and inviting! Its always nice to get a person like that. Youre already in there for whatever the case may be; it feels good to have an inviting and caring receptionist, as well as the atmosphere, when coming in.

I went up to one of the check in girls to ask her if I was checked in when I came or when I finished filling out all my forms because two people who came in after me got taken back so I was just asking a question. The girl next to her who wasn’t even in our conversation started mumbling under her breath “there’s people here for different reasons” real nasty. So I spoke up and told her I was just asking a question about when I was checked in. This girl was very ignorant and shouldn’t work with the public. She had Dark hair, bushy eyebrows and on the heavier side. If you chose to go here, get checked in by the nice blonde girl, she was very sweet.

Jasmine at the front desk was very nice and then Dr B was wonderful. But the lady that took my x-ray of my left ankle after the x-ray was done she said to me so what ankle is it your right? Even though she had just x-rayed my left ankle.

The assistant, Michell,I, was very helpful with registering in with their new system!The Phycian, Andrew ONeill was wonderful. He was thorough throughout the exam, explained what he thought was the possible problem. He ordered a chest X-ray, which did not take long. When he came in with the results, he explained what meds he was ordering for me and how to take them, and how to follow up if I had any questions. It was a very positive experience!!

First time they’re to get an X-ray. First impression was this is a nice place. Got the X-ray the reader if the X-ray said I had so fracture but I ended up having one. I called the office twice left 2 messages with whomever and no one has called back since. Not at all happy

The care from the doctor was really good. He’s very thorough and patient. they have a new system when you check in you have to login in on your phone it can take a few minutes , can be a little confusing. Don’t think it’s appropriate for people to have to login in themselves when the receptionist are sitting there talking. If you’re a little slower logging in The person Behind you can take your place in line, Or if you really don’t feel very well I don’t think you should have to check yourself in.

Provider attentive and polite. However, thats the only positive thingI experienced.When I came in, i was unable to log in to the 100 percent online sign in. The receptionist told me to try again. I asked for paper forms. She told me to keep trying. After 4 attempts where I kept getting bumped out of the website, she rolled her eyes and handed me the paper forms.Support staff didnt introduce themselves, or state their roles.The radiology tech pushed my exam room door open without knocking, barked at me to follow her for xrays. She didnt wait for me but walked down the hallway as I limped to catch up . She then was quite rude with me when I asked her for a stepstool and then asked her to clarify how she wanted me to position myself for imaging. I asked her to please stop being short with me as I was in pain, had worked all day, and her instructions were unclear ( she said turn in without stating a direction. In to what? The right? The left?) She then complained I was being short with her! When she finished the xrays she told me go down the hall to your room.I waited in my room, listening to staff talk about their vacation in Vegas plans, sing along to music playing, and complsin about sagging stomachs.Overall, staff were clearly disinterested in providing care. There was no respect shown for me as an individual, no compassion for my discomfort, and no reason to ever return to AFC.And the final touch...the discharge papers I received recommended I take 2 medications Im allergic to...

My first time going there and everyone was so nice and so helpful. I was in and out quickly. Even had a chest X-ray in that time. Made all the difference. So much better than Inspira!

The girls that work the front desk are honestly two of the most rude and miserable people I have ever encountered. I work in healthcare and I would fire them immediately if they were part of my staff. I watched them tell a woman who could barely speak because she was so sick “pay the copay or go the ER”. They then told me my copay was $175 when I knew it wasn’t so I called my insurance company who confirmed it was $100 less. I told the girl at that window who rolled her eyes and said “fine I’ll just charge you the $70”…. Like what?!The check in process is all digital. I must have put the wrong pharmacy so I called to have it switched. She we so incredibly rude I actually said something to her. “Well that’s the pharmacy you put, why would you put that?”. Seriously people are coming in so sick and need a little empathy and the two most horrendous 20 year olds are the ones handling the patients. It’s so unfortunate.

Ive been using AFC for years now and have pretty much been pleased with the fast service and for the most part, nice personal. I recently visited due to an illness, and they were able to do blood work right there rather then going offsite, and they even make it sound very quick and better then off-site places.However, I called to check on results and the girl that answered was not friendly and pretty much made me feel like, Why would I call to check so soon and bother them about test results. That really did not go over well with me. She then informed me it could take 5 days, I said I wish someone had told me that rather than saying its done on site and I should know by Thursday or Friday...I would have gone to quest. Who honestly, I have always used for all my blood work and have always been so impressed with how fast they are. Needless to say, I would not recommend getting any type of blood work done at AFC. And certainly, dont call to check on it because youre catch an attitude.I will say, I have never had a bad interaction with a Doctor at AFC.

Went there for antibiotics for an infected finger and they denied me medical treatment because I didn’t have workman’s comp. Even though I’m an independent contractor and a small self owned business with no employees who is workman’s comp exempt and the work was no being done during work hours but on my free time.

Have been using this AFC Urgent Care since they opened a few years ago. Wouldnt consider going anywhere else. Staff is always pleasant, understanding and thorough when patients are unwell and/or hurting.

I had to take pre-employment testing. AFC urgent Care open until 8pm but unbeknownst to me I arrived 15 minutes before cutoff due to a second party vendor. The intake staff person ( I apologize I don’t know her name) helped me to expedite the process and I completed my test. Thank you to everyone involved.

I arrived to see a full waiting room, I was told I had 4 people ahead of me and only waited about a half hour in my car until they called me. Dr. Vitola treated me. He is beyond great. He listened to me and was very compassionate , he gave great care and covered all bases to treat me. I was having a severe anxiety attacks and was sick. His treatment worked 100% and I feel much better.

My granddaughter was sick with a possible cold/covid. The front desk [PSR] was the worst!! (Morning shift) After giving her the necessary 3pg ppr wk that was requested, she proceeded to work on my information last!! Three people who came after us were called before us! Inbetween she was taking and helping others on the phone. She wears glasses and sits on the left hand side facing the front door. If you want fair treatment DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Because of her I will NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!

Used to be great, we went there for everything as our regular doctors were hard to get into but now?Forget it! Every single time I have tried to go to AFC or any urgent care they all have 3+ hours wait. I just sat there for over 30 minutes for only 1 person to get called back just to ask how long the wait was to be told there was NINE people ahead of my 2 year old daughter and only ONE doctor! Thats unacceptable! Thats not URGENT care at all, it needs to be renamed SLOW CARE!

The WORST experience ever! Went to this establishment for my 5yr old child to be seen. Everything was ok until it became about the money! Instead of them focusing on my sick child being seen they were worried about me and a bill that I had not paid or was not covered. We had happened to be the first ppl in line but because they had me call my insurance company about a billing issue that happen to be on them we ended up being the last(not really but really). The front desk staff, tall girl glasses ponytail dark hair burgundy or maroon ends, thick dark eyebrows who was working with me…mannerism was not too pleasant! I was told that all this could interfere with my child being seen…thank god it didn’t. The crazy thing is I work in a doctors office and I am too a front desk associate and I COULD NEVER make someone feel so UNCOMFORTABLE! The girl couldn’t even explain to me what was going on and why! She was getting frustrated with me as a patient as if I was trying to give her a hard time, but when you have someone go through the hoops they made me go through you’d be confused as well on why your going through this. I have never been to an urgent care like this. Usually they are happy and helpful. It’s just sad nowadays very sad! I will say the best part of the visit that made up for everything was ROBERT!!! Establishment 1 star ROBERT 5 stars! Robert turned our frown upside down with his welcoming personality, it was amazing and made me feel a lot better.! Thank you Robert.

Can into AFC with high blood sugar of 380. I am not diabetic and I didn’t put two and two together that it was from a high steroid dose( and I’m a nurse!) The PA put me at ease and explained to me if it goes back again to go directly to the ER

A previous reviewer said it best: this is one of the quickest, most precessional, inclusive, and friendly medical offices Ive ever been to. This is my second time using them and Im even more impressed than the first. The front desk staff is incredible: attentive, patient, even shouted bless you from behind the glass when I sneezed while waiting in the waiting room. The place is clean and appears to be managed well. As a medical professional myself I feel safe and welcome here, and trust that Im getting the best provider care. Thats why I drive all the way from Mays Landing to come to this location even though there are many other options.

I love this place for the convenience and professionalism. Is it wrong thatI am hesitant to leave a good public review🤔 I just feel so catered too and I don’t want that to change. A good place will continue to grow and adjust though and they have been so consistent over the years!!!

I went to this location yesterday because I had and asthma attack at work yesterday. I told her I was experiencing chest tightness and problems taking a deep breath. I was told to sit down and fill out the forms {3 pages}. I handed her the forms and she looked up my insurance and stated I owed a balance on my insurance and I had to pay 160.00. If I could not pay the doctor could not see me. I told her I did not have 160.00 to pay. She told me I could not be seen. Since when do you deny a patient who has trouble breathing? I will never go to this place ever again, money over humanity. This place is horrible! I only gave it 1 star because I couldnt post it unless I rated it.

I love this place, The first time I went here, I had a very bad respitory infection, could not breath, my oxygen was very low. I thought for sure I was going to be sent to hospital. Dr. Vitola, took care of me, he called in my rx and made sure they would be ready by the time I got to pharmacy. Within 2 days, I was feeling 100% better, I will always be grateful to him. I come to AFC for all my medical needs. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Never a long wait time. The doctors are very professional and friendly. They listen and do not try to run you out of the office. Never have had a problem there. The place is clean. Great Staff

I took my 17 year old child here to be seen as the pediatrician office had no appointments & they were sick. I had personally had a good experience here previously with practitioner Ian Mitchell who was fabulous, can’t say enough good things about him & I was hoping he was there when we went in but he wasn’t. Instead we got stuck with NP Sheryl Trippel….my child is shy & was not feeling well & this NP was not very nice. I’m a RN & don’t feel the need to let the physicians/NP know that and I let them do their job however whenever I spoke about what was going on, symptoms, etc this NP did NOT listen instead she talked over me, was rude, was abrupt and honestly the worst I ever met. Her plan of care was antibiotics that I expressed didn’t work in the past for my child and that the pediatrician never order that one however she wouldn’t listen and the end result was I had to take my child the next day to their pediatrician office who did not agree at all with the NP Sheryl Trippel. The pediatrician office was able to CORRECTLY prescribe the correct medications needed to make my child feel better. Going to this urgent care office I advise stay clear of this NP especially if you are trying to advocate on behalf of your sick child. It was a wasted trip and waste of $50 co-pay.
