Don’t come here.Over the phone they said the price of the pills is $500 flat. When I get there, the physician was leaving which I thought was weird. Fast forward the front desk clerk gave me a small plastic cup the size of a shot glass and told me to pee in it. I did not feel comfortable because of how small the cup was and told her I used the bathroom before hand. She says okay and proceeds to do the sonogram anyways. She then tells me that I am 10 weeks and 6 days along and that I will need to do the surgical procedure because I will be 11 weeks, when my OB-GYN 5 days earlier told me I was 8 weeks and 2 days. Because of the price jump from $500 to $1,500 and the obvious lie of how far along I was (don’t know if it was due to the fact that the front desk lady did my sonogram verses the actual physician) I told her I wanted to continue along with the pregnancy. Then she told me she will give me $250 back, not the full $500 because the sonogram cost $250. Not only that, they said I had to come back the next day to receive the cash payment I handed the front desk lady that worked on me because the physician wasn’t present. If it wasn’t for my boyfriend being there, I would’ve have had more of an issue and I assumed it was because I spoke English, verses Spanish.The person over the phone, nor their website states there’s any deposit of any kind, or mentions any cost other than the pill or the procedure. Overall, if you’re low-income and actually want qualified professionals to work with that won’t lie about prices, don’t come here. Go to a trusted place like planned parenthood.

Had an appointment for 730am, no one was here to let us in and we were locked outside with other patients waiting for over half an hour in the cold

I sent a friend and his wife and they are thieves, I paid $450 just to be told that she had something but she didnt know what it was, she just put the machine on, they are thieves

There is no professionalism and the doctor who is there is rude and they threatened me that they were going to take me to court for my comments. If you dont want anyone to comment on the bad experiences, put it private... because they paid me 1 month after seeing this comment and even if they take me to court I have rights and evidence and I can express myself, thank you...

Terrible place, dont go there, I went in 2019 and I had to go to the hospital afterwards, because they left me with remains and I called and that rude lady came out telling me that it wasnt her problem 😑

I recommend this Clinic, very good service, the staff is very professional... they made me feel welcome and very comfortable.

There is no professionalism, it was bad for me, it was a very bad experience, although we like my comment, but it is very bad care, there is no doctor who works regularly, we have to wait for the time to arrive.

Terrible service, I wouldnt recommend it for anything in the world, they dont even know what theyre doing, its the worst place Ive ever known should be closed because of rats.
