Fast service and friendly staff, around the end of Covid 19. I went this center for different reasons than this time, they are much more improved. I was in and out less than 45 minutes. I definitely recommend this Center minor illnesses, prescription refill or new prescription.

I was treated with acupuncture today by Dr Howe and highly recommend this treatment. I have chronic low back pain and this treatment has helped me tremendously. In 25 short minutes I leave the appointment feeling better than I arrived and feeling better for the next few days. Go see Dr Howe, you won’t regret it!

I hate this urgent care. I went there because I was having chest pain. They are my primary doctor. I got turned away because patience can only be seen by appointment. most who are having chest pain want to see their primary doctor. Not turned away. If all they care about is billing insurance companies they don’t care about your health.

Hidden Gem!!!! I was a walk-in at 6:30pm on Thursday… very close to closing time and -unlike other walk in clinics- they didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience.I was thoroughly taught what was the issue and the DR also went through every other avenue and explained why they concluded with their solution. Thank you Paul and 2 Front Desk peeps (didn’t get their names) !! This is my new DR office.

Went in for urgent care. i had what turned out to be pneumonia. took over 2 weeks and 3 visits to get a diagnosis. when i finally got the antibiotics it cleared up in 3 days.first PA i saw there said i just had the flu and sent me home even though i told him my brother was diagnosed with pneumonia that same day… come on.

Customer service was so professional and the ladies up front had a smile on their face the entire time. They made me feel comfortable during my visit. Look, I am not a fan of doctors visits (they’re scary) but the wonderful women that helped me today made it so comfortable and I was able to ask my doctor all kinds of questions about my blood work and urine samples. I found her to be very thorough. Grateful for this place.

My mom went here as she woke up with a swollen lymph node and wasn’t feeling well. The health care practitioner was not experienced at all, was dismissive of my mom’s symptoms and ordered a blood test for HIV. It is clear my mom does not have HIV. Really odd. Would not go back here.

I dont understand how this place has 4 stars. My husbands experience was terrible and far from normal. He had a sore throat and mucus for a week. After a telemedicine call with a doctor, we were told to go to urgent care for a strep throat test. At TotalCare Corona, we were introduced to a doctor on an iPad. Despite another doctor recommending a strep test, this doctor dismissed it without examining my husband. He prescribed three medications to our pharmacy, but after 1-1/2 hours, the pharmacy didnt receive any.We called TotalCare, and they said theyd send a message to the doctor. After another 1-1/2 hours, we returned to the pharmacy, but only one prescription was received. Urgent care means urgent, right?! We called TotalCare again, and the pharmacist tried to talk to them directly. The pharmacist said the front desks responses made no sense. We expressed our anger and disappointment to TotalCare, but at least we got one of the three prescriptions. We will never go to or recommend this urgent care again. Disappointing!

The office was clean and I was in and out in less than an hour as a walk-in. The doctor was very nice & answered all my questions. The front desk staff was friendly & efficient.

Massively impressed ! walked in with little to no wait for urgent care and dr.jase was absolutely amazing. The kids took well to her and were comfortable.110% recommend!

This was my first time visiting this urgent care and I will definitely go back in the near future. The place is clean, the young man at the front desk is very professional and kind! Dr. Adrienne Zhao, has great bed side manners and very sweet!

I have gone here for my daughter and myself. Ive have been helped fairly quickly and have had all my questions answered. I only suggest to call before visiting to get an idea of how busy it is.

UPDATE:The doctor is very nice, but he brushed my son off as having a “cold” gave us some lecture about fevers, and I knew in my gut he was wrong but I tried to listen. We left and an hour later my son heavily deteriorated, turns out he has hand foot mouth. We had to rush him to an urgent care in Tustin. Nice people, but only go if you’re an adult cause they have no idea how to treat children.We were turned away at another urgent care because of my 15 month olds symptoms, not here, here they have REAL doctors who are willing to get the job done regardless of the risk it May carry. We were in and out in an hour total, wait time and everything. The doctor I could tell doesn’t often see children of this age but he was so kind and I could tell he tried his absolute best to get the job done. I’m very thankful for the care we received here after the day we have had. The front desk staff was kind, and the paperwork was minimal which is just an added plus. Urgent care done right !

I was on day 3 of a 102 fever and swollen tonsils. Not only did the receptionist take the time to find my insurance information with nothing but my name, but I was seen in all of 5 min. I believe my doctors name was Paul. Very great bedside manners and gave great symptom management advice. Normally I feel really rushed going to the doctor. I like to explain my symptoms in full and Paul allowed me to do that. He also took the time to explain to me that I can use this office as a primary care provider as well. I seriously have no complaints, thank you for being so nice guys.

Took daughter this morning and the staff in the receptionist area are very nice, patient and respectful. The wait time was fast and met with the male practitioner and he was so kind and and professional. My daughter felt very comfortable with him and he took the time to explain and answer any questions

This urgent care is awesome! I have been a couple of times and I am never disappointed. The front desk staff is always so nice and helpful. The drs are always so caring and comforting. They seriously take the time to hear myConcerns. It’s comforting when I don’t ever feel like they are trying to rush me out of the office. Never a wait time either but even if there were, I’d happily wait for the service the entire staff provides. I have tried other urgent cares in the area and this is the BEST.

Second time going to this place once was for stitches and once for sinus infection both times they have been open based upon their online hours (huge bonus allot of places don’t follow their online hours especially on holidays) they have seen me right away in and out in 30-45 mins. Great job will make them my primary care physician.

The care is fine. Usually its empty and you still have to wait but they do take care of you once you get placed in a room. However, the billing department is the worst I have seen since I have dealt with medical care on my own. Nothing is communicated and they consistently threaten collections when bills have been paid previously and months prior. I have had to send their own receipts back to them on numerous occasions to clear balances. Also no one is ever available to speak to in billing when you call. Honestly, do yourself a favor and find a better urgent care that understands the apparently difficult process of insurance.Update: The billing department never calls back. The response to this review included a number that does not answer. The care might be nice but you better hope your bill was settled before you left.

I was in and out. Best service I have had in a LONG time. They took their time and staff and doctor were so nice it was shocking to see there’s doctors who actually still care and take their time. Not only will I use this place again but spread the word.

Super friendly staff. Always am seen quickly and got thorough and comprehensive evaluation of my 6 month old. Listened to my concerns and took everything I said into consideration. Answered all questions and addressed all concerns. Treatment plan reviewed with me and very patient friendly terminology was used.

Will adjust this tomorrow if something changes: they cancelled my appt, blamed it on me, and wont correct.Yesterday I scheduled a phone appointment for 4:30pm today. There was no further information besides a confirmation. I cannot have my phone at work and get off at 4pm, so felt 30 minutes was enough.Today I got off work and saw that I had a voicemail at 3:53pm stating they wanted to check my insurance and that it wasnt the doctor. I called at 3:42pm to mention I received the voicemail, and that I was still waiting for my 4:30pm call. The female associate I spoke with told me to hang up and wait for my call.By 5:11pm I still hadnt received my 430pm call so called a second time and was told that I cancelled my appointment. I stated that I definitely did not cancel anything. I explained the voicemail and that I called back, and the male I spoke with said since I couldnt answer I had effectively cancelled. I pressed that it said it was just to check the insurance info I had already submitted online. He said its beyond the 15 minute grace period they give for a call back for my 430pm appt. I told him I had called at 442pm and spoke with someone and was told to wait. He continued to tell me that I didnt answer and that call was to check me in so the best he could do is schedule me for late tomorrow, even though theyre still open. I asked when to expect this check in call, since there is no info online. He said they couldnt say when Id receive it, its just before. I reiterated that I cant answer at work but I could excuse myself to answer if he can give any more info. He eventually said maybe within 15-45 minutes before I would receive the check in call.This is a 15 minute first time call to get care. In the appointment notes I typed out that Im basically just seeking a referral for an xray, so the whole thing should take 5 minutes max, either yes or no. If I hadnt called within this 15 minute grace period, I would maybe understand. But the fact that I did call and was told to wait, then was told they wont help me...pathetic.

Total Care has been my care givers for a number of years now, and I love the place, they are awesome.

I’ve brought my son here twice. Both times he’s been seen quickly. But most importantly, the staff is very friendly with babies. They found ways to entertain him while they took his weight / height. I would strongly recommend this urgent care

This was the third time I’ve come to this urgent care after deciding not to use my usual urgent care (nearby) any longer. The doctor was excellent, thorough, and very professional. I had to bring in my daughter for a delicate issue and he was patient and made her feel comfortable. I only go to this Urgent care now 👍

I wish I could give more stars!!!I went today to get my kids immigration exams done and the lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful!!! Second time my son has been misdiagnosed here. This time I they had a young man (not even the dr who examined him) swab my son for strep and the young kid barely touched his throat with the swab and the test came back negative and the “dr” said it’s viral. We went to my sons pediatrician 5 days later due to extreme throat and now ear pain and he was actually positive for strep and the strep bacteria has spread into other areas and needs antibiotics immediately. They would not refund me they did not even say they are sorry. These drs are not trained and they young kids who work the front are extremely rude and so not know what they are doing. I thought this place could at least perform a simple strep test but I guess not as we went there late at night (they were our only option). We will never go back!Do not trust these people. They are re horrific and waste of Money time and more importantly your health could be in danger.

I love TotalCare Corona! I always leave feeling like an actual person and not a number. TotalCare has been my primary place since 2016 and I come here for yearly physicals and all of my medical needs. Thank you TotalCare for amazing providers and nice staff. Office is always clean as well and I wouldn’t change my primary for any other doctor!

We have been to TotalCare Urgent Care in Corona many times. Everytime we have received excellent care. The providers have always been very knowledgeable and thorough when examining my children. They take the time to listen, answer any questions and explain things to us. The front office staff are also all very courteous and helpful in person and over the phone. Thank you TotalCare.

I’ve brought my 13 year old son here on multiple occasions. They literally treat us like family. Aside from excellent medical treatment, the staff and Doctors are highly empathetic and caring, which is rare to find nowadays. I feel so lucky to have come in contact with TotalCare Corona.Btw- they have never brought up signing any arbitration documentation during the 2 years I’ve been coming here.

Went here on a Monday afternoon after developing a very unsightly rash around my eyes after handling a very sick stray cat. There was no one else in the waiting room and I was seen right away. Minimal paperwork to fill out. The PA on duty was very knowledgeable, friendly, and not to mention super easy on the eyes lol. I wish I could remember his name. He explained things in a way that was very easy to understand. He took time to listen to me and looked at pictures I took of my symptoms. I did not feel rushed at all. I feel like he took his time and was thorough in his assessment. He was able to answer any questions I had. Wonderful bedside manner! But I think the best part of the whole visit was I never had to wait more than a couple minutes for anything. And everything was super clean! It was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had actually. I’m so used to waiting literally 3 hours and being surrounded shoulder to shoulder by other sick people (at Kaiser urgent care) that this was such a welcome experience. Oh and they also do cosmetic procedures (ie Botox, fillers, etc.) which makes sense considering how handsome the PA was haha. Highly recommended!!

Had an appointment here for blood work when I arrived, a nice young lady had greeted and checked me in, everything was going smoothly till this girl that goes by Emily B with a horrible attitude started switching words around. And denied me my blood work appointment. These guys always give me a hard time about my prescriptions as if they are paying for it.I am really disappointed Doctor Zhang we had an agreement/appointment and you wasted my time so I can come down here to be disrespected by your front desk Emily again.

I brought my son and daughter in after having issues getting an appointment set with their PCP. We walked in at about 11:30am and we’re out of the office in less than an hour. I am pleased over all with the information I received and thorough examination by the doctor.

Best clinic Ive been too! They see you right away, doctor explains things in a detailed manner and goes over the best options for your care. Staff is friendly and helpful.

By far the worse place I have ever did extern at. They are late everyday leaving patients standing outside and waiting. They are racist towards African Americans. I would not recommend anyone to work here let alone be seen here as a patient. Staff gossips all day long, they are very unorganized and play favorites. If you’re an extern, you know more than anyone in the office and I’m being honest. Just a totally unprofessional and biased place and don’t recommend especially if you are of color.

All medical staff were professional, helpful, & kind. My appt was 3:15pm on a Thursday & I had no issues with making or rescheduling my appt. the week prior. I was seen for wrist pain (possible carpal tunnel/trigger finger). I felt like my issues were thoroughly addressed. I dont usually write reviews! but I LOVE THIS URGENT CARE! Was there yesterday and the staffs were all nice and very helpful. A little bit of hiccups since they just opened. But all and all they are very helpful. My doctor was very helpful and takes time with me. Not unlike other urgent care clinic, they wouldnt really care and will treat you in less than 2 minutes! I would definitely recommend them!

We came to this urgent care this morning before they opened. There was nobody there waiting. Our 16 month old daughter was up all night crying hysterically and we were sure she had an ear infection and needed an antibiotic. The doctor told us she only sees adults today and refused to see our daughter. Not only was that a terrible policy but she was very rude and short and would not even hear us out. I will never come back and am trying to resort the doctor for her actions.

I came to their urgent care today for my pink eye. I was glad they accept walk-in and I didn’t wait too long. The doctor was professional and all the staff were nice. Great experience. I will change my primary doctor to them as well!

They keep trying to force a phone appointment, are they too lazy to actually see patients? How is a doctor even supposed to do diagnosis over the phone like its some magical telepathy without any testing? Absolutely atrocious and will never come back to this clinic ever again

Made an appt with another urgent care the day before for a sports physical and they pushed my visit out 3 hours! I called total care urgent care and they said drive over and walk right in!! We drove over there instead - they got us in in 15 minutes - had a thorough sport visit with a very nice PA and were on our way out in 20 minutes. So glad they opened. So close to us. So convenient. We will be back for any future needs!! Glad to have you in the neighborhood! Thanks for everything!

Great urgent care! Usually, not busy and seen within 15 minutes. Have taken my kids twice and both times great care, good customer service, and very clean.

The PA was so thorough and everyone was so nice! I chose this urgent care because the reviews were the best in the area, and I’m glad I did!

Route questions doesnt include ignoring a customer for ten minutes, neither does it include snappy rude questions. Im quite sure that they are trained to say something to the tune of hello, how can I help you today. Then after hearing what the potential customers are there for, they are then in the position to professionally collect any required documents and information needed to establish services. They most certainly arent trained to provide false information to customers. The desk clerk told my sister that her insurance wasnt accepted, and that was false information. Im guessing that she is refusing to reply back because of how unethically rude she was treated, and I dont blame her. If she gets an apology on her voice-mail, I suppose she may not contact the three attorneys I provided her with. I have noticed that your owner consistantly replies to criticism with defensive deflection though. Our managerial staff have also tried to call your sister to discuss more about what happened, but we have not been successful with getting connected.***Original Review***On Wednesday December 28th, my sister had an accupuncture appointment around 9am, but she had the unfortunate experience of encountering an extremely rude front desk worker. The front desk worker had my sister wait for ten minutes before rudely asking my sister what she wanted. Then she proceeded to question if my sister had money to pay for her acupuncture appointment. Then, after my sister confronted her unprofessional ethics, she fled to the back as if scared even though she was the one who stirred up an issue that didnt need to be stirred up. My sister has Kiaser Insurance, which contracts out to clinics that are in-network. Kiaser, nor its affiliates, would have scheduled my sister at Total Care if Total Care was out of network and didnt accept the insurance for her acupuncture appointment. Therefore, the front desk clerk was very dishonest when she claimed that the insurance wasnt accepted because my sister most definitely wouldnt have been scheduled an appointment at Total Care if they didnt accept her insurance. And nobody from Total Care has bothered to call my sister to apologize for such terrible customer service. We feel that this was profiling and discrimination, and I gave my sister a few attorneys to contact for consultation.

The young man that greeted me and took my information was very professional, patient, and understanding. The assistant physician was knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful.

We brought our baby here because her fever quickly spiked and she started coughing. When we arrived they presented us with arbitration clause which they wanted us to sign for. We refused because I would never sign away my right to a trial by jury in case of malpractice. Well come to find out, their arbitration clause is MANDATORY, and they refused to see my daughter. We ended up taking her to the hospital instead and sure enough she had COVID. Even the Hospital staff said they wouldnt trust a place that made their arbitration clause mandatory. I would recommend people stay far away from this place.

Always friendly, fast, compassionate and they diagnose it right all the time. I love going here and I trust them with the care of myself and my kids.

Great experience, minimal wait time for walk-ins & new patient. Im new to the area & originally had an appointment with Cabron clinic in Eastvale. 30 minutes before they canceled on me & referred me to the Corona location. Well I was late due to the last minute change which resulted in a rescheduled appointment for the following week, my meds dont allow that as I literally have to be consistent or it could be fatal. Found this gem & they welcomed me with open arms. Fast & efficient. Highly recommend. CVS filled my script & I think I found my new primary care. Blessing in disguise.

I love this urgent care. The ladies in the front desk Katrina and Daisy are super nice and friendly. The PA Shannon is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. I would definitely recommend this location!

Great clinic, did a walk in , saw PA in 5 minutes to get work documents signed, and was done before you know it. 2nd time coming here. Polite front desk, great nurses and very friendly physicians etc. NO long lines or crowded waiting room. This place is a hidden gem 💎 ✨Thanks 😊

At first, we liked this place a lot. No wait and friendly doctors and staff. My only complaint originally was that they keep it way too hot inside. But then....we got the bills. This place is part of what is wrong with modern US healthcare. We kept getting a charge for nights and weekends and after-hours visits even for mid-day appointments. When we called to find out why they asked if we had a PPO. When we said we did, they told us that is just what they do. Most PPO insurances will just cover it so they put it on all PPO patients all the time. Our insurance did not want to cover it so we were told that every time we visit we can just call to have it removed. This is a HORRIBLE business practice and I will not be returning. No wonder why insurance is so expensive.

I went in to ask a question, the front desk people, were super nice and helpful. Within a minute the cute doctor lol😂 told me what I needed to do, said there’d be a antibiotic cream waiting for me. I didnt even go into the room it was like back in the day where they help you because they want too.. I’ll go here moving forward with any of my urgent needs.. thank you guys💕

Absolute nightmare. Nobody knows how to draw blood nor do I think they are qualified, poked me 5 times and then tried it on the back of my hand for whatever reason which caused me to faint. After paying out of pocket for a shot and afterwards submitting the claim, my insurance paid them and it took me MONTHS to get a refund from them. Zero organization, extremely unprofessional.

I went for a hive that appeared on my back and it was hurting me a lot, I had tremendous pain and he didnt know how to diagnose me :(The doctor said it was an insect bite, he couldnt see what he really had...Two weeks after my primary doctor saw me, he told me what I really had, I was infected with SHINGLES… :(Weeks with ugly pain in my back :(I hope the Dr here can be more observant with his patients….
