I was sent to the emergency room at this place by orders of my local urgent care facility to receive IV treatment for cellulitis. As soon as I arrived, the young lady at the desk possessed a phenomenal personality. She took my information, had me fill out a quick form and the process was only 5 minutes. I was then asked to be seated to wait on the nurse to call out my name which also only took only five minutes. Each nurse asked me a few questions and asked me to wait for the Doctor to call me. Yet again....it only took five minutes for the Doctor to call my name and I was ready to be seen. They sat me on a gurney, confirmed my information, I waited maybe about another 7 minutes for the nurse to arrive and hook me up to the IV, they checked up on me a couple of times to see how I was doing, took me off the IV, prescribed me with antibiotics and sent me on my way. Ive been to this hospital in the company of family members before and I must say that I do not understand why they receive such awful reviews. I truly believe that if you practice a little patience and kindness during your process, your experience would be entirely different! I give Forest Hills Hospital all the credit in the world for being some of the kindest, most intelligent, hard working folks in the borough of Queens....Maybe even the entire City!!!! Keep up the good work! There are still people out here that truly appreciate what you do!!!

The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The facility itself was clean, and comfortable. I was checked in, and treated quickly. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that needs services.

I saw a 5-star rating, so I suggested my mother see a doctor at Urgent Care. However, I am highly disappointed with this service because they are not well-equipped to diagnose patients. The doctor informed my mother to go to an emergency room, which was terrible advice because the waiting took forever, and to find out from the doctor after all tests were completed in the emergency room, that there were no urgent issues, my mother was not required any medication. This situation couldve been avoided if the doctor was well educated in the medical field, and had the proper equipment to diagnose the patients accurately.

Dr. Quan is the only great and caring doctor here. Had a horrible experience with one of the nurses/MA and PA at the facility when I came in on the weekend where I felt like I was being disregarded as well as a lot of sarcasm and indirect commentary towards me where it was absolutely disgusting especially from the nurse or medical assistant whoever he was. Didn’t even introduce himself to me and felt racist remarks from him towards me. Told him i’m not feeling well why is he also saying he’s not feeling well as well like what is this? How unprofessional truly along with many other remarks he made that I will not be mentioning because of how sick it made me. Do not come here on a day that Dr. Quan is not in because she’s the only one who genuinely asks about you and cares and will explain everything and will speak to you with sincerity and a smile on her face unlike these two.

I visited this location on different occasions for different medical issues. There is almost no wait. Staff is very friendly and nice.Doctors are caring and compassionate .I would highly recomend this place for medical urgency

I had a great experience during my visit, I did not have a long wait time to see the doctor, and I was treated professionally and courteously.

Took my 99 year old mother here. Dr.MiTu Quan was beyond excellent. Very kind hearted , empathetic and efficient. The staff were very helpful and attentive. A great experience in a difficult circumstance.

I came in kinda skeptical since it was my first time going to an urgent care facility. I was pleasantly surprised as to how quickly I was seen, and the rapid lab results. The physicians were overly kind and attentive. I definitely recommend this location. Thank you for saving me from a lengthy ER trip.

It was overall a 5/5 however the best advice I have is to register before going even if you have to go at a later time opposed to just walking in. I say this to help you avoid going and sitting long in the waiting area with other sick people.Service and staff were great as they were very friendly. The reception staff (a male) was very polite and helpful. All staff seemed to genuinely care about the patients.Now for the business please consider new seats. The clinic/center is nice & clean but the seats appear worn. Also this type of seating doesnt allow for any distancing.

Excellent services always. My first choice, personal nice & friendly, medical personnel know what they’re doing. My granddaughter is special. Doctor very patient with her. I appreciate that. Thank you for your kindness. Would recommend this location to all.

I have two little kids and we are constantly sick. I visit this urgent care location very frequently. The staff is amazing, everyone is so polite and knowledgeable. Dr. Mi Tu Quan Is beyond excellent. Her bedside manner and patient care is outstanding. She truly cares about her patients and colleagues.The place is very clean and even though it gets busy, making an appointment prior to going in helps reduce the wait time. I had great experience visiting Go Health. Easy registration, thorough attention and assessment of condition, friendliness, professionalism and overall approach were thoughtful and easy. Also, love the online record/results viewing system. Thankful to Doctor and Nurses and Staff alike!Update 8/2024: Additional review after several more visits over last couple years; I have visited for a pet bite on my hand - I was given a tetanus shot, antibiotics and care instructions, another visit I made was for ear infection, I was given medication, care suggestions and was referred to ENT (Ear,Nose,Throat) with several specialist providers contacts, (the following is a copy-paste of the review I wrote in a text sent by Northwell asking for a review on my experience with their Urgent Care facility): Prompt attention, thoroughness, convenience of availability in lieu of emergency visit or in lieu of waiting longer than is feasible for appointment with a Primary Care Doctor for urgent but likely non-emergency matters. Also, thankful for ability to walk-in. The place is clean, the doctors and assistants are nice and attentive to the matter at hand and able to address a variety of health concerns to the extent that they can with referrals to specialists as needed.

The doctor was amazing but the receptionist was so rude. She had the dreads. We brought our own crutches and when we took them from the room she asked the doctor if he is allowing us to take them. We brought them? Why wouldn’t we take them with us? Then we were waiting for our Uber to go home and she told us to leave. There were still clients in the office? Why were we being rushed? She needs to be re-trained or needs a vacation. We will be back and hope she has a better attitude.

This is the most amazing urgent care I have ever been to. The only treatment that could be compared is that of angels. Even though I came in late with an extensive emergency, they looked after me as if I was the first patient and had no care of of the time. They have me the best of care after a long day and an even longer week. My digestion would be even if you have to travel miles for hours, if you need urgent care this is the only place worth going to. The atmosphere and everyones demeanor was so uplifting and kind. I was more than blessed to be seen there and look forward to any medical problem that springs up because I have professionals that I can trust and that will always be honest and give the best treatment. No one wants emergencies but having such an incredible place like this brings peace and relaxation during incredibly overwhelming times. 100% BEST, ONLY COME HERE!!!

It became obvious I would not be able to get a person to help. Waste of time. Very upsetting not to be able to get a human to speak to on the phone, just the bot repeating ad infinity “sorry, I wasn’t able to…”

One of the better Urgent Cares Ive been too. This one in particular is great because of Mi Tu Quan. Shes great, attentive, patient and very personable. Always a pleasure even when I feel like dirt.

I barely write reviews, but I had to leave one for the experience. From the front desk to the nurse to the doctor. We came on Monday 11/27 to get tested because me and my husband werent feeling well, the check in was quick and easy and then we were called in with one of the nurses. I believe her name was Davena Stewart (seeing from my results on the portal I hope) but she was on duty Monday morning around 10am-11am, older African American woman, when we were there, she was articulate In how she spoke and explained everything she was doing. I loved her demeanor and her bedside manners. Then the Dr came in. Dr May Vuong and she was also quite informative, she told us about our diagnosis and told us about a new medicine that had come out and told us the pros and cons. She prescribed us it and told us if we still werent sure to do some further research, she gave us some over the counter medicine recommendations and was very thorough. This wasnt like any regular citymd urgent care you go to.Fast forward to Weds we did take our son to get checked because we wanted to make sure he was fine, we had done an online check in and went in a couple of minutes earlier. Our check in time was for 252p and we got seen around 312p so an additional 20mins which was a little frustrating but hey its New York I get it. It looked like nurse was also doing the front desk job, and then apologized that they were a little short staff, which I also understand (I work retail and thats also short staffed) so I wasnt upset. My son is 4 and she was so amazing to him, spoke to him and made him understand was she doing she also took into consideration when he was ready for his test and what she would be doing so he knew what to expect. Although she was doing the Job of two she didnt seem frazzled, or annoyed, she seemed happy to be doing her job. I also wish I wouldve gotten her name but she was Spanish, curly hair and light beautiful eyes (checking from his results on the portal I believe her name was Llynier Rodriguez). After that the doctor came in Dr. Mi Tu Quan and she was also super insightful and nice. It shows a lot that going on two different occasions, and having a set of completely different staff on both visits and still having a positive experience that this facility is very well trained. I will never go back to a citymd.I even sent my sister and niece to go get checked on weds as well and told them about the service I had received on Monday, they went in and they had the same positive experience with Dr. Quan. Love to see consistency all throughout.To the staff at GoHealth in Lefrak, thank you so much and continue to provide amazing service, especially during this holiday season ! Thank you again

I wouldnt recommend this urgent care for your visit. Its very unethical practice medical business. Before you see the doctor, nurse will come to check your vitals, insert your data which takes 5 to 10 minutes the longest, then you wait in the room another 15 to 20 minutes (depends how busy is the clinic), then your doctor comes and spend about 10 minutes just to do general check up, hearing your complaints, and write a prescription, and BOOOM, they bill your insurance $610 for a visit that basically I spend more time in the waiting room than with the doctor. The worse part is, to get medication refill to your pharmacy you must go back to this cycle and they bill your insurance another $610!! Ridiculous.

I had to take my son two days in a row because of two seperate issues. The doctor on day one and the PA on day two were very thorough and friendly. The staff in general were kind and professional as well. The wait was very short.

The The staff is amazing - always polite and empathetic! Dr Hardatt is a gem! Hes been there for a few years and he never changed his bedside manners, still very attentive I feel like a family member when I talk to him! is wonderful - friendly, patient, follow up right away! Very satisfied!

Visited urgent care on Thanksgiving and it was great!! The wait was not long at all, everyone was super friendly and helpful, and they all really took the time to ask qs and make sure everything was taken care of.

I came extremely last minute for care as I was very ill with nausea and fever. They took me in and helped me with registration. The nurse taking my vitals was so friendly and conversational. After the doctor saw me and gave me lots of info, was really sweet to me and gave me a plethora of meds. Afterwards, waiting for my partner, they gave me the option to wait inside even though they were closing up to make sure I was not exposed to the elements. It felt like a humane place and they gave me really good care and answers right away.

I made my appointment prior to my visit and within a short time l was taken close to my scheduled time. The place is clean and the staff attentive.

Lovely staff, competent, respectful. The office is calm and clean. They saved my Thanksgiving because 3 hours before the meal I was told that I had been directly exposed to covid the day before, at work. I almost canceled going to my family, but in the last minute I checked to see if Northwellwas open, and they were. I got there, waited maybe 7 min (which included new registration,) and got the rapid. 15 min after the test I was on my way. I cannot thank you guys enough.

Surprised to know my mom got the Covid not flu, thanks to the 2 tests they did, and the doctor explained why she couldn’t take paxlovid, very helpful.

Had a great and efficient visit at the Northwell-GoHeath urgent care on 99th St in Queens. I went on a Sunday around 9.30am and it was quite empty. I was promptly greeted and seen by a nurse who did the intake/vitals, and then by Dr. Quan. Everyone was polite and helpful. Picked up my prescription from the pharmacy right next door. Ill definitely come back here for future urgent care needs.

I have been going to this location for many times both for myself and my child. Staff there was ver professional and helpful. I have been lucky to have worked with doctors who are not only professional, knowledgeable but also caring. I got the professional diagnosis I needed and felt being taken care of.The doctors even went above and beyond to help me by further following up and providing referrals. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this Urgent Care center. I received a very high level of care, and Dr. Quan was very thorough in explaining everything to me. This location was extremely clean and each employee was taking serious precautions due to the current pandemic. I will definitely be returning for any of my urgent care needs. I only give them 4 stars because I saw a doctor about 45 minutes after my originally scheduled appointment time, but the care I received was superb.

They were super awesome they were super nice they actually were super caring. The set up a super quick and easy and they accept my insurance. This is the best place Ive ever went for urgent care

A good experience. Well mannered, the PA listened to what was said, and figured out a solution to my issue. I was very satisfied and felt as if I was heard. People skills are very important and this facility does well on that front. Check in was a bit of a hassle, but is to be expected. Overall, a great place to get you back on the road again in between a PC visit!

The staff is phenomenal they got me in and out within 30 min. Dominick was a great help in explaining my options and had exceptional customer service, I felt welcomed, and comfortable. Which is nice in these uncertain times.

My experience at the Lefrak City Urgent Care was amazing, very well coordinated from the moment I arrived with my 11 year old grandaughter. April at the front desk was very polite, patience and understanding. The male MA was very nice and kind. Dr Mi Tu Quan was incredible knowledgeable, caring, patience, kind, supportive, diligent, efficient, and great listener to all of Maia-Elisa symptoms. She explained diagnostic details on what to expect and do. Dr Quan prescribed Lidocaine Mouth wash for Maias sore throat, excellent choice. Shes very caring, and treats her patients like family. Superb medical care! Excellent doctor! The very best to the best! Wonderful staff and location for the area. I was very impressed.

Coming from out of state, I needed a covid test before visiting family. The entire process was highly professional and outstanding. The doctor who administered the test was kind and skilled. I was anxious! He was calm and explained the procedure to me which alleviated my concerns. Highly recommend this health care facility.

Conveniently located within walking distance from my home. Speedy check in (very high tech) though I never received the registration link on my phone. Short wait times the Doctor was very thorough caring and experienced. I would loved to have given a five srar rating were it not for the West Indian Nurse/Receptionist who needs to brush up on her customer Service skills and overall demeanor. Save for her, it was a five star experience. Highly Recommend. Great alternative to spending hours in an emergency room.

In my opinion, this place is awesome! Went in the morning for COVID-19 testing and everything was so quick. I checked in, nurse asked me a few question about my health and got to see the doctor. Everyone is friendly and the doctor has so much respect to you in what you say! 👍🏽I would definitely recommend this place for urgent care and Covid-19 testing.It was very easy to check in and make appointments through the website. Very convenient and easy to access!

Dr. Quan was FANTASTIC. I could not have had a better experience getting my hand stitched up by her. She was transparent and thorough! Looking forward to coming back and getting my stitches removed.

This is a very clean and modern facility. The staff are prompt, polite and professional. They have an x-ray that they can do on site. Website is easy to use and can reserve an appointment. My whole family comes here since its easier than getting an appointment at our primary care physician. Id like to see the website list whos on duty.

I brought my two year old here with a classic cold symptoms because her pediatrician was unavailable and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the care she received. Domminic was very thorough and super gentle. Even with a screaming toddler he was able to adequately assess her and get both a flu test and covid test on her without much fuss.The other PA, Ruhee was very nice and friendly and even came to check on us to make sure she was doing okay. If I ever needed to come back I would come here in a heartbeat. The staff was super welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you guys!!

My 2nd time here & as before clean rooms & the staff was professional & friendly. The service was still speedy, no waiting forever to be seen. Dr. Nicholas Manikis was professional, concerned & got right to the point of my visit. Everyone was superb!

The staff is generally very friendly and they attend to the issues, i think they’re very used to seeing covid screen appointments. However when i had an scooter accident and needed emergency care, i waited 2 hours to even be seen and covid test people were put first. I think this location is under staffed with doctors (there is only even 1 doctor when I’ve gone and about 4 exam rooms) and even when I’m put into an exam room it takes awhile to be seen. Id say they need more medical staff during busy hours or have a separate queue for covid screening appointments so the flow of real medical attention doesnt get disrupted.

It was nice service. Everyone was kind. I mean everyone. It was easy to register. They move at a great pace.

As always my experience when visiting Northwell URGENT Care Service is exceptional. The staff is cordial, compasionate and at all times professional. This facility is located within walking distance from my place of residence. Affords me the convenience of online check in service. Minimal waiting time to be seen by an appointed Doctor. Diagnosis have all been on point. When Ive required prescriptions there forwarded to the pharmacy of my choosing. In addition Ive receive follow up calls to obtain feedback on how Im feeling after my visits. They also provide results on any tests that were conducted as part of my visits.In a nutshell the service I receive here alone supersedes the service I currently receive from my primary doctor.Kind regardsMaria

I had an excellent experience at that facility. The Receptionist was nice and professional. I didnt have long to wait since I didnt have an appointment. The doctor was professional and was able to answer my questions.

Incredible service! I would highly recommend coming here for compassionate and expert help. I was seen very quickly and the entire process was seamless as you complete most of the “paperwork” simply on your cellphone. Great place to go when you’re sick and in need of a professional opinion.

I was very pleased with the care I received at the LeFrak GoHealth site. I was looking for a well reviewed urgent care to address my left shoulder pain and sinus congestion. I was a walk-in patient and did not have to wait long to be seen. The front desk person was very helpful in assisting me with check-in procedures. My vitals were taken carefully by the nurse, and she was attentive as I explained my reason for coming in. The PA, Dominic Hardatt, was wonderful and performed a satisfactory examination. He took the time to review what could be causing the ongoing ache and pain in my shoulder, plus my sinus/allergy issues. He was patient, attentive, asked good questions and was very thorough. I definitely recommend this GoHealth site.

This location is very convenient. Each time that visited this urgent care on the go, I was able to make an appointment online, and be seen (in/out) in less time then it would have taken if I had gone to an emergency room. Since making appts at dr. offices have close to 2 month appointment schedules, urgent cares are the place go. I had one questionable issue on my first visit, but my 2nd visit was smooth. My needs were met each time.

The only problem i had was if i didnt have my insurance card or money to pay i would not be seen. And i was feeling very ill. However after making some calls i finally got my member id and everything flowed from there. The PA was compassionate, caring and very knowledgeable. I would go again if necessary. (Will make sure i have my card this time)

Wait time was short. Nurse April was wonderful and Dr.Quan was great!Fast forward.....I returned recently and the experience was just as efficient. Brandii and PA Dominic Hardatt were amazing!!

I had to travel out of the country and needed to take a PCR COVID test with a one day turnaround time. I made an appointment at the Lefrak City site. Doctor Quan was great. She took the time to check what test I needed and administered it . I got the results that same morning and was able to travel the next day. Thank you Doctor Quan!

Two visits so far...My Lefrak GoHealth UC experience was smooth and efficient, staff was friendly and professional. Logistically and people-wise an excellent setup. From my phone went online to save my spot for a convenient appointment time booked the previous evening. I especially appreciate that its only a ten minute drive with easy available on-street paid parking, but is also easily accessible via bus AND/OR subway....Please keep up the good work Mr. Dowling and team!

Ive been to this facility a few times as its closest to my home. The staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. My health needs were handled very quickly and with care and each time Ive visited, I was seen no sooner than I was checked in.

The receptionist was very kind and quickly checked me in. The assistant who took my vitals was very rude and abrupt. I was diagnosed with allergies when I have a history of sinus infections. I was told to call back if I was not feeling better, so I did. The rude woman answered and said the only thing they could do is to have me return. I decided I would not waste my money and would go elsewhere.

I have been coming here for my tests since the lockdown. The staff are very professional. I used to get tested (PCR) last year every two or three weeks just for my peace of mind, even when i wasnt rubbing elbows with people🤦🏽‍♀️. Getting an appointment was a breeze, but now, with Omicron surging its head, getting an appointment, even far ahead of time, can be challenging. I was dogged in getting one the other day, and thankfully got one for today. Requirement for work travel, so PCR was out of the equation. Always nice & reassuring when the doctors are pleasant. Helps assuage feelings of paranoia. I highly recommend this place, and if you cant get an appointment online, they do accept walk-ins. Come at 8am and hopefully, you can get tested🙏🏽. I knocked off a star just because of the prevailing appointment system - really hard to get one😟. Let that not deter you though. Still go!

Dr. Quan was amazing. I am really scared with needles but I didn’t even feel it. She is the best human being and an amazing Doctor. Every staff were so nice and friendly.

Best urgent care in queens. All the staff is very nice and professional. Drs PA and nurses are caring, they call back to see how you are feeling a couple of days after your visit. Dont doubt to visit this place.

Normally I really love this location. However today I signed in online and got to the appointment a few minutes before. Another woman walked in seconds before I did and was a walk-in. I had to wait behind her at the kiosk for me to be checked in and then even though I was first on the patient list they pushed her ahead of me! I was here and ready for my appointment. That’s not fair. The lady at the front desk also started asking me my medical history at the front desk. That violates HIPPA. I’m disappointed because this is my go to place when I’m sick and can’t see my doctor and now I don’t feel comfortable visiting.

It was my favorite neighborhood clinic until yesterday, since recently they have a rude security guard, which is odd to have in an urgent care clinic. This clinic lost the services of a family of five and will probably loose more people if they continue to treat sick people as if they are going to a prison. Sad to have gone from a wonderful place to where you are treated rudely.

I simply love this place everyone from lady that sits in the front desk to the one that took my vital signs to the PA and Dominic who is always really nice and explain everything in detail.I would definitely recommend this place. I know my kids love to go there whenever they don’t feel good.

Always quick and helpful. It is a spacious and clean clinic with a pharmacy next door. Doctors are kind and the front desk ladies are always very helpful as well.

The attention was fast and with carre. The doctor did help me with the skin problem that I had. With a cream he prescribed I was better by the 3rd day. :)

Both the doctor and the nurses were so kind. They explained everything until they knew I understood it and treated me with respect the entire time. It’s a long walk from my house but I will easily be coming here from now on.

Honestly I’m pretty sure this worker violated the HIPAA law! She was very unprofessional ! Literally told me it doesn’t make sense to her why I’m coming in for Covid test. I told her I made the appointment days before with someone who I made aware of this and they made the appointment for me. She said that whoever made the appointment for me wasnt medically educated. She told me that my insurance will bill me for taking the Covid test because she will put a remark saying it’s a “retest” and is a waste of a test. I have never been to this location before so I’m not sure what she means by retest. She said it’s against the law to take another Covid test since I was positive within 3 months. Side bar: I have asthma and was in urgent care before and was tested twice there then was rushed to the ER where I was tested again. Tested three times in one night. Where does it say it was against the law to be retested?Asking me inappropriate questions in the lobby as she sits at her desk in front of other workers and other patients. She kept saying anyone with medical education would know these things and I needed to do my research. I didn’t drive 40 mins to get spoken to like I was uneducated and yelled at.Then:I leave to go in the car and my husband goes in to take the test. I call him after he took the test while he was waiting for his results. I hear the same worker walk into the room(who wasn’t even his doctor) asking him questions about me. Asking him questions I didn’t giver her permission to ask. She could of asked me while I was in there but never did I give her permission to ask anyone questions concerning my health. Granted it is my husband..I didn’t come in with him or again give her permission. None of the questions was relating to him.

Ive been here a few times for years now and the services and staff has always been amazing to me. The place is clean and safe. Very professional in my opinion. Close to my home so its also convenient

This location has wonderful staff. I was seen immediately. The front desk girl was very sweet. The dr. Called me next day to follow up w my status. I will definitely recommend to a friend.

I been to this urgent care a week ago cause of my illness. I have seen by nurses there wasn’t any doctor to this center at all. I waited in the checking room more than an hour and then other nurses appeared and told me that you need an chest X-ray, but we don’t have any X-ray machine and other center which has X-ray machines is closed by now ( 8:00) pm. Then he prescribed me with a 6 tablets antibiotics. So after all I used all this 6 tablets as his instructions but it didn’t work at all I am still sick even worse. I recommend that this center should hire a doctor an be available at all open hours of the center.

I would definitely go here again. The staff was very helpful and doctor Quan was very helpful. Dr. Quan patiently listened to my issue and advised me on the best ways for recovery. The office is clean and the wait time was not long at all.

This is the second time that Ive been here but this visit is making me think twice before coming back here should I need urgent care. The front desk receptionist was abrupt and presented a lackadaisical attitude. She did not seem empathetic to the needs of the patients waiting. Im very sure that she also violated the HIPAA law. She asked me the reason why I was there loud enough for the other patients to hear it. This also happened to another patient waiting and seated by the glass wall near the door and asked why shes there while she was seated behind the desk. As a healthcare practitioner, Im appalled by this but I did not say anything as Im too miserable at that time. I also did register online for the visit and corrected and updated my information and yet I still have to wait longer than what was noted on the board. Its useless to register ahead if you still have to wait longer than necessary. I had a better experience with Zhen whos doing Triage at that time. He was quick and efficient but I had to wait about 20 minutes in the exam room before I was seen by Dominic, the PA. He was swift in checking me out and came with the same clinical conclusion just as I thought. It was then that I was given the letter of the visit and the instructions on taking the prescription. I noticed the gender was noted as Male and was subsequently corrected with an apology by both Dominic and Zhen. However, issue occurred when I came to pick up my prescription. My name was misspelled but somehow we all missed it. It is a good thing that the Pharmacy has my file and theyre familiar with me. Otherwise, it would take longer to get my prescription. I called back the clinic to ask if they could correct my name which I had to repeat a few times before she got me. I was about to request a copy of the corrected information when she said Done and hang up before I had the chance to say anything. This is the same person who received me in the clinic as I remember her voice and accent. I can only speak for myself and if I had the choice, I would rather visit a newly opened CityMD than go back here. The Front Desk represents you as the institution but Id rather wait at another place where I will be treated with respect and empathy. Im very disappointed because its a disservice to the clinical staff who are doing great work.

I had an excellent experience here. Everyone was friendly and answered my questions. They did their best and were very helpful. Almost no wait time too.

This the best urgent care facility I’ve ever been. It’s clean bright with digital check-in (you also can call ahead to make an appointment) the staff I are focused on your care and explain everything to you once they examine you I only waited 10 minutes to be seen by Dr. Quan.

I was taking care by Dr. Kwon and staff at GoHealth Urgentcare Center at Lefrak City for Covid test. The service was Efficient, professional, courteous and overall excellence.

Dark skin front desk lady is always rude at the times o take my kids to the urgent care. Today she make my experience very awfull. I book my spot and registered online and still she ask me for the documents. Then I’m saying my kid has a twisted ankle she can assume he needs a x-ray they make me wait 40 minutes then EmmyChild got called they tell me they don’t do x-rays.Meanwhile I was there couple times w my kid and they did a ekg!!???

Staff was polite and explained everything. Service was also very speedy.

I’m so happy and relieved I ended up coming here because they helped me immediately and took no shortcuts to finding out what I was sick with. From visit to finding out test results - it took 48 hours to get me on medication which was amazing because the first urgent care I went to took a week to tell me about their mistakes and incompetence. Thank you to this location!

I had an appointment and they were on schedule of which I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was professional and the Physician Assistant who treated me was attentive and thorough.

The physician Dr. Quan on was beyond Amazing...I am so grateful to her.. She went above and beyond. She called and checked on me to make sure I was feeling better...She offered to speak to the physicians in the ED at LIJ if they needed more information..I really felt confident that I was in good hands and thats how a patient should feel.. I am beyond appreciative to what she did for me... I really hope she gets to read this....I want her to know that she is amazing..Thank you !!

I fractured my hand and need immediate attention but knew I’d be sitting for hours in an emergency room. Found this facility on line and was able to book-an appt ( on line)The facility is clean & very well run. Was seen by Dr Quan. Who was very professional, attentive and patient. X-rayed my hand confirmed it was fractured ,and bandaged. I was resting at home soon afterShe even followed up with a phone call the next morning to find out how I was feeling.Thank you Dr Quan and team

Awesome experience. Before leaving I asked if the offered Primary Care. I would have switched to them in a blink. Unfortunately they only do urgent care and covid test. Definitely recommend for covid test.

Can you please change from NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY to YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO WAIT 8 HRS. Went a few days back with Covid symptoms. They refused to see me even after telling me that they would and waiting 8 hrs. Not fair. And the girl at the front desk WORST ATTITUDE!

I went there to get a Covid test for my grand mother as she was supposed to get a surgery on Monday. I told the receptionist that we needed the results by Monday, as it was for a surgery and even provided a form given by the doctor with all the information . I guess she threw it that away. My grand mother was not able to get the surgery as planned, as the results were never sent on time.The receptionist even lied that I didn’t give her a form.

My brother came in one afternoon and was greeted by Maria, a very caring staff member. After some routine tests she decided to send him to the ER. It saved him an organ. Highly recommended

Dr.Quan is great and I would reccommend her to every single friend and family of mine! She is really knowledgable, very smart, friendly and she takes her time and is very precise with her diagnosis. Gotta love her!

I made my appointment on their site for COVID-19. It was super fast, I was in and out within 15 minutes and I got my results in 2 days. Amazing!

Very rude doctor n nurse behavior n looks like main purpose to do business. Long wait n have to wait for doctor in three steps first in reception n thn in room for nurse n thn for doctor. After getting test u have to wait for lab test but they cant give u any result or prescription. Such a worst place I never had any others.

My mom usually goes there since its close to home , but the front desk receptionist not a fit for the position or her job title.They also need Bilingual Medical Assistant so they could help the Spanish speaking patients. please keep in mind that not everyone is savvy when it comes to technology they need people that could help the patients check-in.

They never have a DOCTOR in. Only P.As the PA had to asked me if i was still on antibiotics after 9 months. Bc he didbt know they were antibiotics by name. ME A VETERINARY TECHNICIAN HAD BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF MEDICATIONS THAN THE PERSON GIVING OUT PRESCRIPTIONS!!!!. I had to actually even tell the PA how to portion out my pain injections. And where to inject! Unless you are desperate I wouldnt recommend going here. But if you have any sort of medical knowledge and are willing to walk the Assistant along in your treatment feel welcome to come. ...smh...

No one wants to be sick, but your facility is conveniently located in walking or scooting distance. Its also clean and comfortable. Staff is courteous and efficient.

If there is a choice, I will give -10 for your service. HORRIBLE experience!!!So, I got allergic reactions to my face, and it is really itchy. And I went to this urgent care on Sunday. The provider finished with me around 10:15am, I did not get my prescriptions (11:45am), and I have to Uber back to the site and beg for my prescriptions, because I called 14 times, and no one pick up the phone. - detail story follows.First, pick up phone calls. -I called 14 times, no one picked up. I have to Uber from pharmacy to your site to BEG for my prescriptions. You ask me why I need to uber? Because the mask is irritating with reactions of my face, I cannot keep it on for a long time; and I am dying to get my medications to stop that itchy feeling.Second, please train your providers properly. the provider finished with me around 10:15am and told me she will send the prescriptions to my pharmacy. However, I was in my pharmacy with no prescription sent over from you guys. PLUS no body pick up phone calls(14 calls). It was 11:45 already. Urgent care need 1.5 hrs to send prescriptions? Ridiculous!Third, if there is anything happen, call customers and update them. Say, my meds are over the counter, prescriptions are not necessary, then CALL AND TELL me. Not to wait I Uber back to your site and then tell me that. Well, I was expecting the providers will know what kind of medications do not require prescriptions, apparently, this provider at this site, DOES NOT KNOW!Additionally, your provider document something that she didnt even do. Im pretty sure that is not appropriate.Again, HORRIBLE urgent care!!!

I was a walk-in patient for the COVID test & I had to an hour or so on the line in the cold & then wait even more inside when the testing process is only 5 mins. They had patients still waiting outside even after opening time.

The attention was good and fast, but it looks that the doctor didnt check my file because the medication that he gave me blow up my blood sugar to 400. I needed to stop the medication

I went yesterday to get a covid test and they want to charge me $120 , I think they supposed to post that test IS NOT FREE like all other places . NYS dep of Health sites COVID test is FREE !!
