Best experience I have ever had at an urgent care. I was a quick intake process. The staff was efficient and friendly. The doctor took her time to make sure all of our concerns were addressed. She was very thorough and addressed all of our concerns. I will definitely recommend this place for their professionalism and high level of care.
Because of a lack of availability at my regular medical provider, I visited TotalCare. I have driven by many times and heard good things about the services. I was a walk in patient. The intake was smooth and fast and I was offered a video appointment for a quicker wait time. I was seen within 10 minutes and my provider was very friendly, professional and courteous. I only had a simple medical issue, but it was reassuring to obtain a diagnosis in such a short period of time. I will definitely use TotalCare for future events that come up. Thank you TotalCare staff!
One of the worst office staff I have evern talked to. Doesnt know a thing, wasting my time. Not polite. Three assistant doctos are at least nice, but xiaoling is very rude too.

There are a lot of good and bad about this facility, the good is the p.a. That I’ve seen has great bedside manner, she’s polite, hears my concerns and kind. The cons are the people who answer there phones are rude and condescending, I called just now and got hung up on by their operator. She was rude af and this is not the first time this has happened
Love going to get the Acupuncture at total care they take the time with you very polite and make you feel at home. That’s my favorite place.
Called and verified they work with my insurance. Receptionist verifies that they do. Drive to them, all of a sudden they dont. Cannot speak about the actual care they give but there is nothing more frustrating than driving with a wife in pain to a place only to get turned away for something you tried to verify by phone.
Lack of response whenever you need. ( I called many times to change my prescription because side effects even leave voice mail in system. No body ever respond) if your primary care in this location you get less care. welcome more for new patients! Lol!
Very poor front desk reservation, very poor phone reservation, very poor customer service, The front desk got my appointment time wrong and instead said I didnt answer the phone. Ill call many times and ask, just put me on hold every time. I strongly recommend not to go there.
I AM IN SEVERE PAIN WITH BACK PICHED NERVE i have xray images. But the PA says cant read exray images he needs xray report from radiologist. How did he get the license if he cant read simple exray images. I showed it my hairopractioner he read it immediately.I wonder about these medical professionals because they have been just giving me run around. Please send them to retraining thanks

A few days ago I went in for my 3 year old to use their urgent care and I was so happy they took us in with in 10 minutes. We were out of there in less than an hour with the treatment and medication my son needed. Definitely will be back when in need of an urgent care.
Very bad experience, over the phone I was told a tb test would take $50 so when I went for pre employment they then told me $85 to sign a few papers that literally only asked do I have it and if I have before all no but an up charge for a 2 minute signing is ridiculous and a scam don’t go here very unprofessional

Beware of the way this total care handles payments. My family of 3 had to shell out $200 out of pocket for bloodwork even though our insurance helped us pay over $1000.We were billed about a year after the visit.Some funny business going on with this practice.How is regular bloodwork almost $500 per person? This doesn’t even include the actual visit itself.They need to cut ties with Medical Diagnostic Laboratory.
I didnt want to have to write a bad review or even go as far as changing my doctor as well as my sons but Ive had to. There are a few good things about this place like one of the doctors Jacqueline, I believe shes a physicians assistant. She is by far the best physicians assistant I ever had shes very attentive and wants to get things straight with you. I would love to be able to see her elsewhere if it werent for Total Care. Unfortunately, when you call and try to schedule an appointment or talk to the front desk they are very rude. They do not want to talk to you or acknowledge anything that you have to say. Plus they speak very low as if they are sleeping or you just cant hear them. You simply cannot understand what the lady is saying at all this is the Eastvale office. I called to ask if I could schedule my son a physical because I had someone call me to schedule a physical but I was unavailable at the time. The lady said or shall I say mumbled you dont need an appointment. When I said Im sorry what was that? She said just walk in and hung up. I never heard that before since Ive been going here for the last 4 years and always needed an appointment for a physical. I just didnt like that because I dont want to go and be waiting forever. Unfortunately, after having to deal with the front desk and the attitude too many times I think its time to part ways as sad as it is because I dont want to leave Jacqueline I think its for the best.
There are pros and cons for this place. Pros- the RN/PA, not sure what she was, but shes friendly and helpful. Ive never been able to actually be seen by the doctors here.I gave them a 1 star (0 if possible) just because:First, they lack privacy at this location. They openly talked about the reason for my visit in front of a room full of other patients, and they did the same to others where I was unintentionally able to hear their medical conditions while waiting in the lobby. I believe its against HIPPA, but its an urgent care and cheap fees, so they are generally busy, so it can be understandable.Second, there are other reviews here already about their customer service and the front desk people, so there you go. I even had them scoff at me over the phone, cut me off mid sentence, put me on hold continuously, and overall theyre just not really helpful. They only know to book appointments and recommend booking a visit.Lastly, in addition to my last feedback, the clinic just gave the overall impression that they dont care, but this could be entirely due to the front desk people. I recently called for a Valtrex refill, which is for cold sore flare ups, and Ive already had an assessment and prior prescription/refill from them, so I called to get a refill when I was out of town because I felt a possible flare up and it was the fastest way to get a prescription (compared to going to another provider/urgent care for a new prescription or online). and yes, its refillable online if Ive been prescribed/diagnosed by a doctor once because it really is just for cold sore flare ups and it needs to be taken before or right when the flare ups happen. To this, they didnt even care or willing to listen, and they just told me that I need to come in for another assessment, the girl even audibly scoffed at me over the phone. I asked to talked to their manager, they said they were getting them on the phone, but I was on hold continuously even though I called at various times, and maybe they really were getting the manager, but when I called back, they didnt even let me finish talking and just put me straight to hold.It sucks for the clinic and the providers here to be related to such a reputation just because of the front desk, but from a patent to another patient, Id only suggest here if you have no other options and truly urgent.
Quickly & Friendly service. I walked in earlier than my original appointment and was able to be seen. My provider was friendly and our conversation was straight to the point to meet my needs. Not to mention my prescription was placed immediately and I was able to receive within an hour of leaving. My go-to for medical and aesthetic needs. Highly recommend!

The staff were polite and friendly at check-in and during vitals. The physician did not rush through the appointment and was attentive. The wait time was short, I had an appointment and didnt wait more than 5 minutes after check-in to be seen. Overall Ive had a good experience in the past and no problems with prescriptions, labs/imaging referrals or insurance verifications.
Ive never been to an Urgent Care and been seen so quickly. I also really liked the doctor, David, he was professional and funny. Excellent experience.

I do not really gave a 1 star review, or even 0 star. Unfortunately, I will have to. Their accounting and doctors really messed up the insurance and bills. Their Accounting sent me same bills 2 times within 3 months, told me that I have not paid, and I called them, please discard the mail recently, since I paid. Also, the doctors are not that nice to the patient as well.
I have been sick and low energy for about 2 months on and off with sinus infections I decided to try the IV therapy I didnt feel the effects the first day 2nd day I feel so much better I have energy I didnt have to take a nap its 11pm right now and Im still not tired I feel great!! The first day I also didnt cough Im so happy I did it! Highly recommend it if your not feeling well!
The lady and guy at the front desk never answer the phone, terrible front desk service, I called 10 times in an hour and a half and no one ever answered the phone, no one cares about you, they just work like dead fish
Quick service and diagnosis. Would recommend this urgent care. Just like most offices, you will probably be seen by a Nurse Practitioner or a Phisician Assistant.

Great service! Wait time was something I’ve never seen before at an urgent care! We were visiting family in the area and my son had a horrible earache I had to find something in the area that would take my insurance, I just map the nearest one and came across them. So glad I went I waited no more than 15 minutes staff was extremely friendly and compassionate when they seen how much pain my son was in. The NP assisted us and she was great too! Got my son the treatment he need with quick and great service! Front office staff was so friendly and made sure they provided us with great customer care

Updated one month after I post the two stars review and since then I encountered them three more times regarding refills, in-person appointment and phone consult . They listened ,they even called me to find out more and apologized. These Three times have been smooth sailing. Theyre definitely doing a better job on scheduling , wait time , rescheduling , reminding . Five stars once I see the changes stick😄really want to switch family Dr because this place could be frustrating. I DO! Dont ever believe in their telephone consult appointment! They would charge my copay 3 hrs before and the Dr would call back at least 30 mins later (everytime). Yesterday my appointment was 6:30, and at 7:30 the Dr called! Today as of now theyre 30 mins late again. I have to stay home paying attention to my phone. Because the scheduling system just sucks. Also in person appointment has been scheduled will automatically be rescheduled (why gave me the appointment in the first place)im looking for another more responsible primary care. I wouldnt recommend this place, unless youre fine waiting and waiting and waiting.Even for a phone consult. Btw, the Dr just called, 35 mins later than my actual appointment . She was very nice and thorough, but maybe this place should hire more Drs because clearly they cant take the workload.
Today was my second day to this urgent care office. Even though the waiting room is crowded I didn’t wait more than 20 minutes. The staff is very kind and understanding and not condescending at all. They take care of your needs and they show much compassion. I will continue to use this urgent care as long as I live in the area and they’re open. You don’t need an appointment you could just walk in.

They improved their service quality a lot by choosing good front desk team. People are nice and quite efficient there. Usually I don’t need to wait for too long if I’m not seeing the famous doctors like Xiaoling Zhang. I really like Celina and appreciate for her help all the time. She’s kind and patient and always help answering my questions and concerns nicely. Thanks again for the team’s help!
Terrible urgent care. Ive been here three times and every time was a horrible experience with the most recent being the worst. I went in with a swollen hand from eczema that became infected from scratching. At the time I didnt know the hand was infected but since it wasnt responding to the topical steroid I was using i decided to go in after 2 days of swelling. The front office staff were unattentive and having an in appropriate (borderline racist) conversation for every one in the waiting room to hear. They mentioned my co pay would be $40 and tried to run my card for it before I mentioned it should only be $20. The Dr was nice but mentioned she couldnt do anything for me. After pressing for oral antibiotics she said there arent any she can prescribe. I was upset as I felt she wasnt really concerned with helping. After a bit more pressing, she prescribed a topical antibiotic and mentioned it should help. When I asked about the swelling and how to make it go down, her exact response was ohhh yeah. I dont really know what you can do about that. As I was walking out of the room back to the waiting room I asked if I could use the topical steroid and topical anti biotic at the same time and she said ohhh yeah youre right. Thats probably not a good idea, use one in morning and one at night. Had I not asked that...she wouldnt have said anything.Fast forward to 2 days later and the swelling is worse than it was before starting the topical antibiotic. My first appointment was on a Tuesday and I had to go to a different urgent care the following Thursday. When I got there...immediately the Dr looked at my hand and said..yeah, thats infected...were going to have to take a culture and also give two intramuscular shots, one a steroid and one an antibiotic and also prescribe prednisone, augmentin and bactrim. They give me the shots and within 8 hours the swelling had gone down almost 100 percent.At the time I went to the first urgent care...I have no doubt now that my hand was infected. I had to miss two days of work for something that could have been rectified on my first visit had the Dr paid more attention and cared a bit more. I would detail my first two bad experiences but am realizing how long this review already is. I will never return to this urgent care and would advise everyone else to stay away as well.

Terrible customer service! I called my workers compensation insurance and I was told I could send my coworker to this facility. I personally called the facility and provided my company information, policy information along with my personal cell phone number. Daniel is he who who took down all my information. Camil the manager turned my coworker away. She was told she would have to pay if she wanted to be seen. My coworker sat in her car upset and bleeding. Totalcare never called me to explain what the issue was. I live four minutes away I would have personally drove to pay for care. I called and Alex answered the phone, I explained the situation and Alex along with two other people where talking and laughing at my situation. The place is terrible, the dont care about patients at all.
This was my first time going there, I was surprised at how packed the waiting area was, however, the wait was not that long, Emily and Jeff were both very pleasant and knew what they were doing. It was overall a good experience and I hope this continues down the road,
I came here for urgent care. It’s is now 2024, and they’re still treating Covid like it’s some plague that’s too scary to fathom catching. They told me I needed to go acquire my own Covid test and take it then send them a picture for them to agree to see me. WTH!? You’re the Urgent Care but you’re having me get my own test for you to see me? Guess what? As I told you on the phone, it wasn’t Covid, but you’ve lost my business forever. You’re not really urgent care, you’re collecting easy dollars from your DOT physicals and all your Med Spa services. Why even say urgent care if that’s not the care you’re interested in providing?
Doctors have been always so nice to my son each time we walk in for urgent care treatment, it’s a blessing to have doctors speaking mandarin to the little one that makes him feel safe.

Its honestly not even worth one star.This clinic was overall a mess.There are two things to keep in mind if you choose to use this place.First, keep in mind that even if you have insurance, you may still get bills even if you have insurance.Its such a mess that I dont even want to talk about billing.In January of this year, Ive heard that the flu shot my 8-year-old son took in 2019 was not paid yet.At the time, I was insured and of course assumed it was covered.But here at Total Care Eastvale, they say my sons flu costs were not covered by insurance. Even though my wife and daughter got flu shots at the same place on the same day, there was no problem with insurance.I asked several times why this happened, but here at Totalcare Eastvale says they dont know why, but they only ask me to pay for the flu shot. At the time, they charged $45 for a flu shot.Even if people who dont have insurance, they could get a flu shot almost free. However, me who has had insurance, should pay $45 as a flu shot at the Totalcare Eastvale.Second, your prescription may be sent to the wrong place.Actually, they sent my prescription to the wrong place twice without sending it where I asked.
This place even doesn’t have works thermometer. Their thermometer show 97c every time. My son had temperature 102c, they used their thermometer, shows97c. Doctor try to find another thermometer, but it not works either. And he don’t believe my thermometer results.
I am so happy I found this place! My allergy was so bad this morning so I came here for urgent care. Thankfully they accept walk-in and I didn’t have to wait for a long time. The doctor answered all my question well and I felt a lot better with their treatment. 5 star experience.
This place is terrible. I needed a refill on my blood pressure medicine, so they set me up with a phone appointment with a person who said they were a Dr. Why would I need a phone appointment for blood pressure medicine refill? So, they can bill my insurance, again. I was feeling lousy, no energy, hard time catching my breath. Came in a few times to see a Dr. and was given a PA as usual. Sent home with an inhaler. Felt so bad on a Sunday I went to urgent care. The Dr, there took my blood pressure and did an EKG and sent me straight to the emergency room where I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. Maybe if they took the time to listen to their patients a little better, I could have been diagnosed a little earlier.
I am so impressed with the customer service, my friend recommended this place, so I got an apt but the doctor said that my insurance was not good, but she would see me anyway for free since I already came to apt. LATER ON, THEY REVIEWED MY INSURANCE AND IT WAS AN ERROR, IT WAS OK, SO I ❤️ THE COURTESY, PROFESSIONALISM.GREAT ACUPUNTURIST 👍
I took my mom for sciatica nerve pain- and took her in within minutes. Front desk people were very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Frank showed genuine concern , listened closely to what I was saying. He gave us various treatment options. He was very patient to explain each of them. My mom received a pain/antinflamatory injection and she was good to go. THANK YOU! it was $80 (other offices near by charge $145) consultation and $60 injection totally worth it. Will definitely recommend and come back .**side note***The office actually askes were do you want your prescription sent to and it was sent there , in our case we choose CVS and they received the prescription requestwithin minutes. Cvs didnt actually have the exact prescription so they reached out to the doctors office and with in minutes the doctors office sent the adjusted prescription to CVS , this was super efficient and done to our convenience Thank you Again!!
I called for an appt on Sunday and was seen at 930 on Monday . I was taken right in and felt I was heard and not rushed. Very happy with my experience . Nice to be able to call on the weekend and schedule an appt with my primary care physician .
Normally blood test is done either at Quest or Labcorp or any other special lab test center and you need to make an appointment, but not at this clinic. At this Eastvale Total Care Walk-in clinic, they offer blood tests without an appointment! Saves everybody’s time!! It’s wonderful when you can do it in your free time when you need it instead of the appointment time when you cannot make it. As long as you have the necessary paperwork, everything went smoothly from the front desk to the nurse who helps to draw the blood especially when our son’s blood vein is not easy to locate. Thank you to all staff members of the Eastvale TotalCare Walk-in clinic!
Worst place ever!!! Call in for wait times. Told it was Fully booked, long wait, I respond with alright I will come and am met with Okay but you are going to wait a veryyyyyy long time. Arrive and Front staff greets me with attitude and rolls her God damn eyes and shakes her head. (Short curly/wavey black hair asian, little chubby at ~ 4pm on September 14) Im here because I am sick and this snobby child is what I have to deal with?It takes less then 10 minutes to get seen. Nurse practitioner was amazing.Staff is trying to make their days easy and doesnt see their attitude is slowly turning away paying patients. As an Owner I would find front staff that would compliment the work environment and not turn away money with horrible attitude!!! Will not return.
Im extremely frustrated with this place. Before COVID it was actually wonderful.I go to get help, doctor did (antibiotics for my eye and for some reason, exaggerated the cream that I needed that I simply could get over the counter). Im more upset that they didnt check blood or anything really. Things improved, but had a different doctor for the follow up, one that contradicted. Supposedly I might have a staph infection of some form on top of the fungal by the previous doctor. This one, well... Allergies dont just apear in one area and only just that one area. Wounds should heal. I have new infections. I dont know where to go anymore.By the way, the second doctor subscribed steroid cream. Didnt help. Oh, best part, she suggested an allergy test and I said lets do it. She said she cant there despite the sign being right behind her.
This place supposedly was able to recieve higher ratings than this because they are indeed fine and the service was not bad. But one thing I noticed over there was that the medical assistant was being really irresponsible, i was given little to no info about the lab testing I was prescribed. Also pretty much the only info I got from her (about the lab I was going to) was wrong, so they really need to update their information in order to given out the better guidance to their patients.
Literally the worst place I have ever attempted to receive care. I made an appointment on line for an iv treatment that my obgyn suggested. I am pregnant and severely dehydrated. I went in and they said I didn’t have an appointment, I showed them proof. They made me wait over an hour. I went back and Dr. Zhang refused to give me the iv because I was pregnant. I told her my obgyn suggested it. She refused. I lost it and demanded a refund.Not to mention there was an issue in the waiting room where a kind black family was refused service too….. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
I have been coming here for almost a year now and I am so happy with the services that they have provided for me. I am glad that I chose them to be my primary care provider. The fact that they take walk-in and tele-medicine appointments is fantastic.Thank you so much Total Care..

I saw Dr Zhang, she is very nice and kind, answered all my questions. but all other reception staff are very messed up everythings. I told them my insurance group changed, and told them new group. but they still used old group to apply for refer doctors., after I found this mistake, and told them, no any progress. asked them to finish it and call me back to confirm all are correct. no call.

When I started going to this place I had 1 PA out of the 3 that listened to me and was sympathetic and understanding (that changed after that first visit). My first actual doctors visit was with an MA and about 10 minutes with doctor. Doctor dismissed everything I told her and said it was anxiety. Second visit with actual doctor and same thing MA visit and then a few minutes with her, and even more time waiting around in waiting room, and patient room. Every appointment I have had since then they have disregarded what I have said and try to push everything onto specialist. The last 3 telemedicine visits I have had they have told me to just to go ER, which is heavily impacted due to COVID-19. I would advise avoiding this company, unless you are in perfect health. They are more focused on turnover rate than their patients health concerns.
This is a great place to go if you are a cash patient like myself. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. The Dr’s are really caring and explain everything and make recommendations to help you get well. They also recommend alternatives to medicine to help your body heal. This is a great place. They are open extended hours so it makes it very convenient.
All the doctors and PA I’ve seen during my visits are very patient, professional and thorough. The front desks are extremely friendly and it’s one of the nicest family doctor office in this area. Overall I have an excellent experience at this clinic!

Your premium insurance will only get you a PA 24/7, staff that lies for you to book another appt so they can bill your insurance to the max. They will send you to lousy imaging centers that make you wait over hours for a 10min screening. A bill will come in the mail that they promised they will not bill you for. Save your good insurance and make the drive to the hospital, see real doctors, receive REAL PATIENT CARE...not this place TOTAL USELESS CARE
Today I brought my elderly grandma in her 80s in who has a severe case of shingles. We were taken care of by Ben and Selina at the front desk and Holly as the physician’s assistance. Ben helped us find a close pharmacy to pick up the prescription. Selina allowed us to join the wait-list for check-ups even though it might’ve run after the close time. We are extremely gracious and appreciative of the care they give to the patients. And so so thankful that they were able to see my grandma tonight, lest her pain be prolonged!!
Had great experiences until the last 6 months or so. I have been waiting on a referral for a mammogram and bone density for months. I have called and they want me to come in again. Why? Referrals already given and provider location changed, not my status. Used to be great service. Maybe Covid strains have changed things. Not sure, but service is now too busy and answers not easily given.
Dont trust the high reviews! I would give 0 stars if I could. Doctor Wang was rude, impatient and spoke brashly. He spent more time insulting me instead of giving me medical advice. When I talked about my headache and leg pain recently, he impatiently said you could grab any kid off the street and theyd have a headache. Then as I mentioned my leg pain he said I was jumping around, when he had just said my headache was negligible. He also openly criticized my GI doctor right in front of me to his PA. A couple months ago I saw his wife Dr. Zhang at the same office and it was just as bad of an experience. We were going over my lab results, she stood at the door and looked like she wanted to leave quickly. When I asked about my vitamin D level, she said it was fine. But Ive had a lack of vitamin D for years, and when I told her this, she accused me of not trusting her. The next visit a PA told me they didnt even do a vitamin D lab for me. This couple refuses to listen, is impatient, and clearly doesnt care about their patients. The PAs seem to do more work than them. I have seen many doctors in my life, but never any as unprofessional and rude as these two.
Great place to have all your basic medical need to be taken care. Dr. Wang is very experience and dedicated doctor and he personally pay attention to all of his patients.
Been here many MANY times between my brothers, mom and I. Brothers go here when they’re sick and need to get checked out. Mom comes here for allergy testing. I’ve been here several times for anything from a pinched nerve near my tailbone to needing stitches on an insanely deep cut. Each and every time I go in they’re so sweet and caring. They get you in and out fast, never been here longer than an hour. Highly recommend.
Everyone at Total care was absolutely awesome definitely recommending this Clinic to everyone i know. Dr.Frank was definitely A1 service took care of my finger rite away, was straight up and honest with me of exactly what needed to be done. Like tummy ache, migraine etc. If you’re worried it may be serious, do yourself a favor and go to a Real doctor (no shade)2. Doctors could really improve on patience & listening.I felt rushed, I felt like I was prescribed meds that were not in accordance to what I had going on (because they weren’t listening).3. Then had the nerve to send me a damn bill!! Tuh!Well now I’m in the ER. After visiting several times & being dismissed.

I have been going to this clinic since they opened up in Eastvale...I have probably been there 20 times with myself and kids... I would have to say most of the time my experience have been fine...today I had a appointment for my son for a sports physical and when I got there I realize I forgot my wallet...the lady behind the desk said that it was ok she would just bill me...then she found out that I was here for a sports physical and she couldnt bill me for the appointment...I told her that does not make sense to me because they have all my information in there computer... My address my social security number my insurance company card on file. You cant bill me for the $35.00 visit... So I had to leave and come back with my wallet...this will be our last visit to this facility. I will not be treated this way...I have always paid my bills.... Thanks
Do Not go there! I took my wife whos breastfeeding, and she neede to get antibiotics, the PA that was there was not sure of anything! She GOOGLED whether or not the antibiotics she was giving her is safe for breastfeeding!!!She had no clue about anything! We told her another doctor recommended some other medicine and she again had to GOOGLE it to see whats it for!

Waited for over 1.5 hour, even with private pay for our 3 year daughter with a fever to get seen. Seen Dr. FrankOr whatever his name is checked me out because I had a cold and said he’s sent my prescription to the Walgreens down the street, I went and looked and waited in line for hour nothing there then I went to another Walgreens nothing there also. They are nothing but lies I have a cold and I am suffering because he lied and said he sent my prescription. I don’t recommend this place if you’re really trying to heal and get better!

DO NOT GET COVID TESTED HERE. My insurance confirmed this place is not following federal requirements.They refuse to charge insurance or even let you provide insurance information for COVID tests. You MUST pay out of pocket, which is illegal according to federal requirements. After your test is complete they refuse to issue bills with the required information on them to bill your insurance.My insurance has told me this is common even though it is against federal testing requirements, because they can charge more out of pocket than insurance would pay for the test.If you were charged out of pocket or required to pay for a telemedicine visit for testing you can report them to the FTC or HHS.In response to the comment below:Requiring telemedicine visits is against federal guidelines: When an individual seeks and receives a COVID-19 diagnostic test from a licensed or authorized health care provider, plans and issuers generally must assume that the receipt of the test reflects an individualized clinical assessment and the test should be covered without cost sharing, prior authorization, or other medical management requirements.Refer to Executive Order on Establishing the COVID-19 Pandemic Testing Board and Ensuring a Sustainable Public Health Workforce for COVID-19 and Other Biological Threats as a source.And the response I received was we dont provide itemized bills, so be careful of any procedure you receive here, not only COVID testing. They refuse to provide adequate information for insurance billing.

Called for some information and the guy answering the phone was completely clueless, went to the clinic and the place was empty but still had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to ask if I could he helped.

Dont trust this place for charging for service not rendered, I booked a covid test online back in December and realized within a 1/2 an hour it was the wrong test , I cancelled and received a cancelation email, they proceeded to charge my credit card and when I fought the charges they proceeded to lie and say that I did not cancel it within the 1st 24 hours I had to fight it with my bank ,finally won, so be careful if youre going to this clinic That they dont overcharge you or charge you for things you didnt receive!

They said it would open at 8 oclock, but I called from 8 oclock to 9:30 and couldnt get through. In the end, I went directly because I had an emergency and had called the insurance company before going. The address and phone number given by the insurance company said it was an emergency care medical institution. When I went there, I found out that it was my family doctor, but the receptionist said that it was because I was a doctor. Contracted patients can only make an appointment to see a doctor, while other people dont need to make an appointment. Ask him why? He said it was stipulated above that you should not ask me. If I didn’t ask you, who would you ask at the front desk? In the end, I had no choice but to say that I would take care of you once and make an appointment next time. It seemed like such a favor! I really don’t understand what the regulations are. Are there any financial benefits in them?
The new medical staff, Jill Lin, is very nice. She introduces the pathological conditions and treatment methods in detail to the patients. She is careful, professional and responsible. Very bad clinic! Many doctors are hired and have insufficient professional knowledge. They can misdiagnose and can only prescribe medicines that are not painful or itchy. The most annoying thing is that there are follow-up problems that can never be solved. The doctor needs to reply to the pharmacy. The operator will only say to leave a message, but there is no answer. There is no doctor to see and call N times, but no one solves the problem. The doctor only cares about making follow-up appointments to earn consultation fees without solving the current problem. Some operators are arrogant and rude, while others are casual and perfunctory. They promise to return the next day. I called, but no one answered the call. I called again, and I changed people and tried it all over again. It looped forever. A simple fax problem can never be solved! On the surface, it is a problem of work attitude, but internally it is a problem of office mechanism! Even if you are not sick, you will get angry. If you are sick, you will be delayed until you die!
Joyce, the phone customer service, is so bad. He looks condescending. What an attitude. Even hung up on the customer’s phone! My insurance was effective at their clinic on October 1st, and I had received the insurance card with their name on it, but they told me that they had checked my insurance and it was not effective, saying that my insurance was not transferred in the system. They are there, so they have to refuse service. They insisted that I see Urgentcare at their clinic. I immediately called the insurance company to verify. The insurance company said that my insurance was already in effect and I could make an appointment with a new doctor. They also called this clinic for me! They are suspected of insurance fraud. You can obviously see general clinics, but they lie to you and say that you can only see urgent care now, and you must complain to the relevant departments for fraud. This clinic is nonsense! Due to mistakes made by the front desk or the doctor, I received a full bill from the examination institution. The insurance company did not pay a penny. I called Total Care many times to inquire about this matter. Each time the receptionist gave a different answer. Some admitted that it was a clinic. Mistake, but with a bad attitude. Apparently a receptionist told me to report to the manager to see how to get the doctor to apply again to cover the fee. However, the manager Liu who called me back insisted that ultrasound should be tested even though he knew there was a problem with the clinic process. The agency just charges an inspection fee of ¥80. Is there any problem with the bill? ! To shirk responsibility to this extent shows the chaos of management. It is a pity for some good and responsible doctors.
The doctor may be okay, but I heard from a friend that he prescribes the wrong dose of medicine to his child... which is also very scary... but the service is really not that good.
